Hmmm. Where to begin... I came in on Wednesday to get my 2015 Colorado right rear door handle replaced. Pictures were taken Vin & serial #s recorded. I was told the door handle was on order and to bring my vehicle back Friday morning for installation. I returned Friday morning. Part had not been ordered. I was told they would have the part & painted by 3 p.m. that day. Ready to install by 3:30 p.m. It should only take 30 min to install "Their" words on several occasions. So I break away from my day to bring my vehicle back a 3rd time to try and receive service. I arrived just before 3:00 pm. Please keep in mind this was a scheduled task estimated at 30 min. to begin Friday morning. Around 4:00 p.m. I was asked to examine the work in the shop. I did and asked why doesn't the part fit? Your technician stated "I'll make it fit". Then he proceeded to grind & file my OEM door to "Make it work". Unacceptable!!!!!!!!!! Now that my door is wacked. What are going to do rectify?! read more
