The frustrating part is, getting in to get a haircut is a 50/50 chance for the business to be open. Sometimes it would be open and sometimes not. It seem to depend on whether or not he feels like it. Thats the impression on me. Not only is he occasionally open, he charges more for walk-in customers. I have been patient to give him another try but when I arrived during business hours, he simply wasn't there. Sadly, I have gone somewhere else.
