So if you want a coke or something, this is the place to go. But be prepared to be talked rudely to. Even the District manager (DM) is rude. I worked there for 2 months before they let me go. To this day, Im still unsure as to why I was let go. So many of my customers would tell me about the other girls. The manager Angie, will NOT hire men because she says shes afraid of sexual harassment. This is discrimination. This place has cockroaches running around on the counters, along with the roller of hotdogs. They say their waterbugs, but we all know what cockroaches look like. Buyer beware, you may get sick from these bugs. Just beware you will be treated like crap when you walk in the door. If your looking for a job, and you hate working with customers this is the place for you. If your friendly and outgoing, this isnt the place for you. Have fun. You may go in to get something, but you will walkout of there pissed, do to there is NO customer service here, what so ever. They will talk behind your back to other customers. I always ask if Angie is working when I stop in. I've never heard a complaint about this place. Great atmosphere and cleanliness for such a small town stop. Skip this place. I miscalculated my mpg's vs fuel remaining while hauling a trailer with the…read morenorthern wind and was forced to stop. For one thing their prices are about $0.20 higher per gallon than the going rate. Second, the first pump I used only dripped out maybe a gallon every 10 minutes...so when I noticed after changing a kid's diaper that I only had 0.53 gallons I had to stop it and go to a different one (that was still pretty slow). Aggravating. I was thirsty but didn't want to give this company a dollar more so I didn't even go in the convenience store portion. Bathrooms are below average. Bottomline: get gas in Salina or Russell so you don't need to be here.
