This is the most unprofessional business that we have ever had to deal with. Our camper was on consignment and we went through hell for over 2 yrs. We were told more then once it was sold and the deals were "a done deal". We drove 3 hours to sign papers and more BS was told to us that the deal fell thru. However, $1500.00 of a $3,000.00 deposit was kept by the owner who by the way, made a shit pile off of our final sale! We were told so many lies. A check was sent that went to the wrong address, then another was sent via Fedex and the envelope was empty (we thought that was a mean joke), after that a so called deposit was made to our account that also did not come to fruition. A wire transfer was supposedly done on a certain day and of course we found nothing. After way to many months, years, and lies, we are finally done with these people. EXCEPT for the fact that we now have to go to the DMV because they lost our tags that need to be returned so we can stop paying insurance premiums!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL TELL YOU ALL OF THERE PERSONAL BUSINESS OF WOES AND WHYS AND WAY TO MANY EXCUSES!!! STAY AWAY!!! read more

After reading the poor review in 2016 and just taking my 2005 Winnebago Sightseer to Midway RV for the first time to have them look at an intermittent problem I was having with the leveling system, I wanted to provide feedback on my experience. I have owned my RV for seven years and have taken it to various RV dealers for servicing. Most of my interactions were with Jeff but I also talked with Dave. Both Jeff and David were very professional and knowledgeable regarding the operation of the leveling system. I had called two other local RV dealers in the area and neither could provide servicing on the leveling system. Since this was my first time using Midway RV and because of their proximity to my home, I decided to try them. Jeff was able to schedule me for the following week since I didn't have to have immediate service. Interestingly, when I talked to Jeff about my intermittent problem this past month, he was able to pull up a record he had written from a conversation we had last November when I first came across the problem but had cancelled the appointment since I was not able to duplicate the problem later after I had talked with him. When I dropped of the RV for servicing, I asked Jeff if he could have the technician also look at a problem I had with the radio not turning on. The technician looked at both problems on the day of the appointment. He could not duplicate the leveler problem and confirmed that power was at the input of the radio, thus the radio was in fact the problem and not a blown fuse or bad connection. Jeff told me the radio was no longer available but he also gave me the model number of the recommended replacement from the manufacturer. After talking with Jeff about the inability to duplicate the leveler problem, we agreed that the technician needed to remove the ground cable from the chassis battery in order to completely cycle the power to the leveler control off and on. This required the technician to bring the RV back into the shop. Again, the intermittent problem did not surface. For all the diagnostic work the technician did, I was only charged 1/2 hour labor. In summary, although the intermittent problem could not be re-duplicated, I was very pleased with the service I had received and would not hesitate to take the RV back for servicing. read more
