They now have two ipad kiosks that you have to check-in at. Once you check-in you can take a seat and someone at the window will call your name. Once they call your name, you pay, sign a few forms and then wait for someone to come and take you to the back to draw blood. I had the same woman twice and she was great. Because I have small veins she drew blood utilizing the butterfly clip, which made it easier to find a vein. It was quick and painless.

At the emergency they laughed and couldn't understand why urgent care could not have explained how to clean with a wet/ dry dressing and antibiotics. For the most part, Dr. Turner runs on time. There have been a few occasions where I've had to wait over an hour for my appointment. But again, this is not something that happens all the time. The nurses in the office are also all wonderful. They too have very good bedside manners. The doctor and her team of nurses all treat you like you are a human being and not just another number walking through the door. That's very nice to find in today's medical field. I also fully feel as if I can trust Dr. Turner, which is also nice to find in today's medical field!
