They gave me an estimate very quickly and were very responsive. They came out to fix the crack quickly(about a week and a half later). Frank is very personable, explained all areas of interest which would raise flags, which items should be given immediate attention and others which were normal settling such as vertical/horizontal cracking. His suggestions of benefits such as additional attic insulation, drainage away from the foundation, etc., put us at ease that nothing serious was noticed, just maintaining good maintenance practices. Pyramid Foundation Repair came to our rescue. We needed some serious work done to our foundation…read moreafter buying out house. We needed 3 of the 4 sides dug up all the way down to the footers of the foundation, all the wall cracks fixed and patched, all walls waterproofed, new drain tile installed, new sump pump installed, 2 piers put in under our concrete front stoop, all backfilled with clean gravel topped with soil. This was extensive work that helped take the water pressure (Hydrostatic pressure) off the walls and stop the leaks. The entire team were incredible nice and professional. The price for all that work was the best I had seen out of all the companies (5) that I called to give me bids. I would 100% hire them again, and intend to as we have some piering that still needs to be done on the opposite side of the house.
