Upon our Production date, the crew arrived was professional, exemplary work site management by Sebastian and the crew cleaned up well from digging and concrete removal. For second part of implementation for foundation injection the next day, Luis and crew was also professional, explained what they needed and even allowed the additional work we needed! We had an issue with our washer drain and they ( Brian, Luis and Damien) came back to investigate, assess and determined it wasn't a break from any digging. We appreciate everyone with KC Pier. The office ladies, crews and Brian are top notch! We are extremely happy with results from the piers installed that provided better leveling and stability. Only time and weather we endure will see how the seals and membrane applied works but we are confident things will hold up well as intended.

I was pleased with the experience and was given a lifetime warranty on the piers against further settling. Fast forward to September 2023 - not even a full year later - we have new cracks in our walls and significant bowing in our floors. These are obvious signs of settlement. I called the company and they won't send someone out for an entire month to come look at their failed product. This isn't even the scheduled job - this is just to come look and assess it!!! I assumed they would prioritize an issue that was under their warranty and I'm shocked at their complete lack of customer service. They had great customer service until their initial job was done. Sounds like once they get your money they don't care about failing piers. Also, the person answering the phone told me some settling is normal and totally discounted my concern. I understand some settling happens after the piers are initially installed, but enough settling a whole year later to create new cracks in our walls and bowing in our hardwood floors?! Then what is the point of pier installation and this warranty that says "should any of the piers experience settlement, KC Piers will make any and all necessary adjustments and replacements at no cost to the owner"? I am so disenchanted with this company. Don't buy into their lifetime warranty or their charming customer service at the get go. It sounds like they don't prioritize or care about their customers under warranty. Take your business elsewhere is my recommendation! Go find a different company that will actually prioritize their warranties and validate their customers absolutely valid concerns with their products. I will update this review after they finally come out to update if they resolve our concerns or not. I hope they choose to keep their word to fix their failed product.

Olympic foundation repair fixed my foundation crack and it was priced about the same as my other…read moreestimate,so they are reasonable(the third estimate was double what the other two were!) and they were finished in about 4 hours!! They gave me an estimate very quickly and were very responsive. They came out to fix the crack quickly(about a week and a half later). We haven't had any more issues with water since it's been fixed and they give a Lifetime warranty for their work on the crack!! If I ever need to have any other work done,I will call them!! Short version, highly recommend this company…read more Ian and his crew just finished putting in a new stone retaining wall in front of our house. They removed two evergreen bush stumps, back filled with dirt, placed a thick weed barrier, placed a thick layer of black mulch, and placed 8 new bushes/grass plants. There was also a downspout in this area that they attached a drainage tube to and routed the tube underground away from the house to a pop-up discharge. This work will reduce erosion around our front porch and get water away from the foundation. Ian then gave us a lesson on how often these plants need water. Attached is a photo of the project. Ian and his crew were very polite, showed up when they said they would be there, worked very professionally, and cleaned up our yard when they were done. We highly recommend Ian and are already thinking about a small project for this fall that we will have Ian do.

Lee came up with a plan to incorporate native grasses into our front landscape. I was relieved to hear they have a two year warranty on plants. The second job we smaller and involved laying a much stronger weed barrier and mulching around some overgrown garden beds. Ignore the images of the beds themselves. ;) Most of all I have been imorrseee by every single employee I've interacted with from the ones quoting to the ones actually completing the work. They are professional and kind and an absolute pleasure to work with.

The carpenters that showed up did a fantastic job but if John shows up as your contractor I suggest you look somewhere else for your remodeling needs. Even after several calls and requests to modify a simple door replacement quote he showed up the day of the install with the wrong quote information. This was for a small project as a test run for a bigger project we are planning on doing. All I can say at this point is there's no way we would work with them again. The total lack of follow up and lack of communication is unacceptable when it comes to consumer affairs. The only reason they get 1 star is for the understanding carpenters that did a nice job.

King Piers was not only competitive but very realistic about how to solve my problems. The owner came out and provided a quick and easy estimate. I am very glad I went with King Piers. I have a home in south Johnson County. They were able to pier my foundation, fill in the cracks with epoxy, fix cracks in my brick exterior and drywall interior as well as fixing a leaky window well in the basement. King Piers was able to get us on their schedule within a week. King Piers was more expensive and I didn't feel as comfortable with the man who did the estimate, however, the guy who physically did the work was kind and knowledgeable. My husband spoke with him multiple times throughout the process and said he seemed really experienced and confident but he wasn't arrogant. There was a miscommunication on our end, I misunderstood the scope of work. I was out of town and having to FaceTime in to see what was happening. As soon as my husband even dared to question the process the owners son got really annoyed, rude and, somewhat aggressive. As soon as he deemed us a potential problem he didn't listen to what we were saying and just kept repeating himself "Did you read the estimate? Do you want me to call my dad?" So...take that for what you will. They started very loud work very early, we had multiple complaints from neighbors frustrated that the concrete was being dug/drilled so early. The posts are seemingly solid, our floor is level, and the addition to the back of our home that was sliding is seemingly secure. Though they were more expensive than the other estimate, I didn't feel that the price was outrageous. Did they technically get the job done? Yep. Would I recommend them? Maybe?
