I am so impressed that he fixed this for me, even though the issue happened through no fault of his own. The second one I used my own frame and bought a Matt from them, and 3rd one I ordered a custom frame, and explained I needed it on 8 days. They assured me it would be ready. They left me a message 5 minutes before closing on the day before I was supposed to pick it up saying it didn't make it on the truck but it was no big deal, they would have it ready for me in another week. (I think it didn't make it on the truck because they forgot to order it. )Obviously, this is so unprofessional it's laughable. I needed the painting framed this weekend and now I'm going to have to find another frame store. I know that sometimes these things happen but I really didn't appreciate that they didn't even have the courtesy to let me know until 7:55pm the night before.

Offerings range from very reasonably priced seed beads to higher end stuff like Swarovski crystals and sterling silver. Pretty much everything in between is well represented - semi precious beads, strands, accent and focal beads and plenty of tools. I find the staff here is really helpful too - I was looking for a specific chain style and while they didn't stock it, they were able to guide me to plenty of alternates.
