They also offer home consultations if you just can decide on which pattern to select for curtains. What's more is that they offer upholstery and window treatment services! Getting here is easy, and there is a private parking lot available. When you're done, it's easy to just hop over to Mayfair for more shopping.

I was a little nervous handing over my furniture considering its age and my history with it but within a couple weeks I got my furniture back looking gorgeous and brand new without any problems whatsoever. I was so happy with their upholstery work that I even had them make me a rug and some drapes that work perfectly with my "new" furniture. I had another chair recovered in velvet at Calico Corners in Wilmette and it does not attract dust and lint at all so it is not necessarily a function of all velvets. You were not nearly as helpful as you sound here on yelp when I had these complaints after the sofa was done. You' were completely unresponsive and refused to assist any further. At minimum, the sofa should've been comfortable and you definitely did mislead me on your product.

While the times are unprecedented, the method of customer service chosen by Decor8 was that of delay and lack of clarity: - Two points that seemed to be cover-up scenarios. "I just spoke to the installer and he'll be there within an hour"...he was on site already. - Higher than normal charges on the second bill appeared with deceptive grouping / lesser detail on bill line items. After review, under-scoping by decor8 on the first install was added into a second separate purchase. An item that surely could have been managed between the parties at the time of the initial overrun. - The delay was so much and communication so poor so that we genuinely reported the last installment as potential fraud In addition to customer service, it's important to note that, now, several months later, we're facing our third large quality issue. The reality of home improvement these days is nuanced customer requests and long lead times. These two components can be properly managed but low levels of customer service have turned a potentially transformational install into a large liability.
