I"ll preface this by saying that I don't get sick very often. Which is why I don't have a personal…read morephysician. Or sure- I go and do the obligatory physical every year with all the corresponding tests, but I've yet to find a doctor that I want to have a long term relationship with. Well- that all changed the other day when I visited Dr. Sachtleben. So what made me change my mind? First of all- his office squeezed me in even though I wasn't a regular patient. Much appreciated given I was sick and needed some help. Secondly- this guy listens. Took the time to hear why I was there all the while typing what I said into his computer so that he could refer back to it. We talked about a wide range of things and what I liked is that he did not offer up the standard doctor lines about things. There is always more than one way to solve an issue and Dr. Sachtleben subscribes to that theory. All in all- not only did he solve my health issue- but he built my trust which is what I ask for in someone who is going to partner with me on my health. He came recommended to me by another doctor that I know and trust and I feel good about recommending him here. Now if I could only learn to pronounce his name properly!!

Things have really changed at this office over the years. It has become very difficult to actually…read moresee Dr. Tran, and the office staff takes a long time to answer the phone and can come across as pretty rude. At one point, Dr. Tran personally called my husband to cancel an appointment -- and then we were charged for that call, which was really disappointing. I've talked to the staff twice, they admit they told us no charge but unfortunately there is nothing they can do. They also tried to refer us to an out of network specialist. Luckily we looked first. In my opinion, this office was fine for routine annual physicals only. But if you need anything outside of that, it turns into a real hassle and you don't feel supported. We've been patients here for about 10 years, but we're now changing doctors because the customer service has gone downhill and it no longer feels like they truly care about their patients. Probably good with new patients but beware.

Yunez for more than 12 years and I cannot say enough about this man. Best doctor in the area by far! He does not disappoint! Dr. Yunez and his staff have worked diligently for years sometimes to diagnose and treat my conditions. They are always upbeat and they take the time to get to know their patients. Dr. Yunez always listens to his patients as we know ourselves better than anyone. He is kind, caring and supportive always. He has saved my life more than once because he listened to me and he investigated my complaints thoroughly. Great group of folks working for him as well. I cannot say enough about dr. Well while it's not something I would want to talk about at a…read morecocktail party, when my doctor requested I get one of these, I made sure that where I chose to go took the time to explain the entire thing to me and put me at ease through the entire procedure. Dr. Suman Kaur was terrific. She showed me exactly what it was they were going to be doing and took tons of time to set me at ease and to answer my questions. The stuff they make you drink to "clean you out" is better now too and it didn't bother me half as much as the horror stories I had heard prior to going in. And while I didn't avail myself of it, they will even let you stay awake during the process so you can watch the entire thing on the camera. Otherwise you are in "twilight" which was just fine by me! From the anesthesia staff, to the doctor to the staff that makes sure you get all the "air out" (trust me there's a funny story there as they don't let you leave until you do!) this place did a nice job on a subject that is the "Butt" of many a joke!
