I had the honor and pleasure to have Dr. Jane Kewaygeshik as my attending dental physician. It was a serious emergency situation and she not only called me immediately, and give me her personal phone numbers, but she also opened up the office during closed hours with her amazing assistant to verify and check out my welfare. She was able to rectify a bad situation ( a poor and neglectful job a dentist in a different area caused). I was put on stronger antibiotics and was finally able to not be in horrible pain with high fevers, fatigue, etc. Dr. Kewaygeshik truly cares for others and it shows in her work and how she treats you. They also have payment plans and other options to met your dental needs. I beyond highly recommend her and their entire office to anyone.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have "dentist phobia" and let them know that upfront. The staff understood and was very calming and gentle! The exam was thorough and as painless as possible. They have state-of-the-art equipment - which is why they are 4-star instead of 5! When making the appointment I confirmed they were covered by our insurance (they are premium providers) and the exam/cleaning/xrays would be covered. It was confirmed at 100% coverage. The state-of-the-art panoramic x-ray was not covered at 100% - leaving me with a payment due. It is not a huge bill, all things considered, however, I feel this should be told to patients upfront with the option to decline it or told the estimated amount that would be due. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Bertotto and her office. And...yes, I made my appointment for my 6-month cleaning.

My hygienist was very thorough and personable. She explained everything before she started working on the next area so there were no surprises. She did a great job cleaning my teeth. The dentist was great too but he did remove his mask towards the end while standing up and explained my treatment plan. He did maintain distance but was still in the room with me so that made me a little uncomfortable. I also wished they could elaborate more on preventive measure for future reference in addition to treatment. Overall, I am satisfied with my first cleaning visit here and will return for appointments.
