On Monday night at 10:30 I bit into a refrigerated snickers bar ( not recommended ) and found myself chewing on a dislodged veneer front tooth. I was in a total panic as I have a wedding to attend next weekend and know it takes time to have a new veneer built and matched. The veneer was from many years ago and a different dentist and lab for color match. I called the office at 7:30 the next morning. The receptionist responded with empathy and worked me into an already busy schedule. Dr. Crow not only reattached the veneer but created a composite to fill in the chip. No one can tell which tooth was repaired! The entire staff worked as a team, treated one another and me with respect and shared in my relief with the outcome. I will now be able to not only attend the wedding but smile with confidence!

As a new patient, I appreciated Dr. Gilchrist taking a few minutes to explain his practice philosophy with me and make sure I had the opportunity to ask any questions or express any concerns. I hadn't been to the dentist in quite a while and was honestly expecting a scolding, but everyone was very focused instead on just moving forward, and I was so relieved from that. Stacy made quick work of the actual cleaning, and my teeth felt so good afterward! They offer a 5% discount if paying by check or cash, so after remembering that I do actually own a checkbook, it was a nice bonus to be able to pay that way.

Wish I could give no stars. This is the worst dentist office I have ever been to. They lie, and…read morescam you. I first had to go in for a pre-screening thing, they made me do a scan of my mouth, did not ask if I wanted it or not. I was then told I had to pay for the exam in order to schedule my actual cleaning, I did not want the scan and they forced me to pay. I scheduled my appointment, received multiple texts and emails confirming the date and time as the appointment got closer. The day of the appointment, I got a new text message stating my appointment time had changed to 4 hours later than originally scheduled. No one contacted me about this and I did not request a time change. I was very confused. Still before the appointment, I received a call from Aspen, they asked if I wanted to change my time from 11pm (which was the new time i did not agree to) to earlier, but still later than my original time. I explained this to them and they had no idea. They lie, and change appointment times without asking you. Months after my appointment, I receive a bill for $140 or so. My insurance should have covered it, and leaving my appointment, I was told I was all set. I call them to figure this out, and the woman on the phone said this was the fee for the exams for new patient, and is part of a new patient package and they will cover it. Then why send me the bill? If this is something included for all new patients, like you said, why bill me? Hoping that people get the bill, and just pay it. This company SCAMS. TERRIBLE.

They…read morerequired an evaluation before my first cleaning (which I thought was weird, but turned out fine) to get an idea of my dental history and what I was looking for. Out of this they made recommendations and referrals for anything they didn't handle directly. For general cleanings, they have up-to-date equipment. The staff is very nice and professional. I never felt like they were trying to "upsell" on any treatment and they are reasonably priced. I had a cavity (or two) filled here. Since I've moved away, other dentists have complimented the work this dentist performed -- can't ask for more than that!

As you can imagine, the atmosphere is 100% kid-friendly - from the giant fish tank, you see when you walk in, to the video games and play equipment in the waiting room. The staff were enthusiastic, fun, and answered all my questions. It was exciting for him to go back to the dentist area all by himself and come back with information and a goodie bag! When my daughter came back out she refused to talk but broke down in the car screaming about how the doctor was yelling at her and even pushed her shoulders down. When I called and talked to the dentist he said she was unruly and and was yelling at him so he had to raise his voice back to her. She is 9. I don't care if she was being loud and screaming she was clearly in pain and his response was to yell at her. He then continued on by saying I should ask her how the rest of the appointment went and that he would bet she would say it went well because they asked her and she said she was fine. She was to scared not to hold still. The dentist told me that it shouldn't matter how the start of the appointment went it should be the whole visit. I think he forgot he worked for a place called First Impressions specifically for children. He should take a long look at his choice dentistry if he can't handle a 9 year old getting upset.
