The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have "dentist phobia" and let them know that upfront. The staff understood and was very calming and gentle! The exam was thorough and as painless as possible. They have state-of-the-art equipment - which is why they are 4-star instead of 5! When making the appointment I confirmed they were covered by our insurance (they are premium providers) and the exam/cleaning/xrays would be covered. It was confirmed at 100% coverage. The state-of-the-art panoramic x-ray was not covered at 100% - leaving me with a payment due. It is not a huge bill, all things considered, however, I feel this should be told to patients upfront with the option to decline it or told the estimated amount that would be due. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Bertotto and her office. And...yes, I made my appointment for my 6-month cleaning.
