There are not many sign companies near here so that may be way they charge so much. Pay extra if you have to and have other travel to your site. All this is, is a bulk roll of plastic trim cap that holds the lettering in place. Job can be done on site by one person in less than 6hrs.

When they showed up, I was unaware they were a different company than who I'd contacted. The next thing I know I was receiving a bill for them giving me an estimate. Not only had I not even received an estimate, I didn't even know who this company was. Once I got it figured out what was going on I explained to them that if they wanted to get paid for doing an estimate they should have said that up front, and in any case they should send the bill to the people who actually called them to do the estimate. I have since been contacted by the original sign company (Signs by RSG, who I actually WOULD recommend) and told that I should have never received this bill....but Indigo Signworks continues to send it to me. They are obviously a dishonest company and I would never recommend them to anyone.

No apologizes, no communication about why no one came to install my internet. I was a new customer and I waited ALL DAY for them to show. Having just moved here, I had tons of things to accomplish and I wasted a whole day on these idiots and never once got an apology or an explanation. Needless to say I cancelled and went with Mid-Continent. They arrived the next day - ON TIME, early even!- and helped set everything up perfectly. A note to anyone getting internet or any service from CenturyLink... SKIP THEM! Go with Mid-Con if you value reliable service and friendly customer service.

They have always done what is expected of them, quickly and efficiently. Trenton is especially helpful and informative. You can tell the character of someone by their actions, or in this case inactions. Ryan F. should be ashamed of himself - he's been told several times that this isn't the company he had a problem with, but Ryan's never fixed his mistake.
