The wait was not due to heavy customer traffic, rather, they don't have anyone working the cashier counter. I've been watching one employee walk around and do absolutely nothing. They have at least three employees working on the clock but not doing their jobs. Never once was I greeted or acknowledged. An elderly lady who was another customer actually was the one to wave me to the print department where I then stood there for another 10 minutes. Waiting to be checked out. I'd like to add this isn't just a time inconvenience, but also a safety issue. Armed robberies have been on a substantial climb. And businesses like this are perfect targets as they offer the least resistance and have alot of valuable merchandise. DO better and hire people who actually came to work to WORK

I called the OfficeMax in Crestwood, IL which is the closest one to my home. The person I spoke to suggested I try to make the purchase on a computer. I did that and I was able to complete my order that way. It might have been a security thing with the company which I would have no problem with. I was happy I was able to complete my purchase. I made a note to order from my computer the next time or purchase at the store itself.

I came here to buy a dresser that I needed very quickly because I moved without much notice. I…read morepicked a dark brown/grey dresser that looked modern and nice on the outside which ended up costing around $700. I still feel scammed years later because the dresser on the first day broke when I put clothes in it. The bottom right foot broke the same day it was delivered. It's still standing because it has a support foot in the middle but even then the material of the dresser was cheap since the foot went completely through the bottom of the dresser. This place has been putting out signs for a year or two saying there's sales and they're going out of business but don't come here because you will not get quality furniture. Get something off FB Marketplace instead.

I have been going to this business for years and never once disappointed me, even when they relocated to 113 Harlem ave. In Worth, thank god I was able to find them and take my computer to them and fixed it within one day.
