I took my daughters car in to have it checked for ABS error codes (that a local auto parts store…read moreid'ed with a scan) and to have TPM sensors replaced. Unfortunately, it appears the tech at the parts store cleared the error codes, so the ABS will remain until it triggers another error. The tire sensors were changed and the pricing was exactly what they said it would be. I will use this shop again for our other vehicles.

A little background - I took my car to Tom Kelly Buick a month ago and without even diagnosing, Kelly said they were "positive" the catalytic converter needed to be replaced (not even 60,000 miles on the car) and gave me a quote of about $2700 - just for the part. I felt Kelly was not being honest with me so I did not acknowledge their quote. Today, Kruse proved me right! Not only did Kruse give me a specific reason related to an exhaust leak (which isn't even CLOSE to what Kelly would have robbed me for). Kruse went way above what I expected with their HONESTY!!! Before I arrived home their project estimator called and made an appointment to come out. When he came out he fully explained what I had chosen and how they install the product. But he went further. He showed me some maintenance/repair we could do that would make the post installation even nicer. We did those things and are so happy with the results. We had three companies out and in price, care and communication Fort Wayne Door exceeded them all.

Tech was running behind on another job and they called to let me know. They were happy to still come same day. I suggested them coming the next day as I had something I needed to do. They called the following morning as promised and were here as expected. On my initial call in I explained the issue with our opener and asked for a ballpark. They actually gave me a ballpark, unlike the other big companies. Very reasonably priced and they were happy to hook up the sensors I had on hand correctly as opposed to trying to sell me new ones. The tech was very courteous and pleasant. He even got everything "greased" up and explained to me how to do that myself. I asked him to change the burnt out bulbs and he was happy to do so as I couldn't reach them. A+ folks and A+ business practices. Happy to have a working opener again after spending hours trying to fix it myself, should have called them first. Keep up the great work.
