I attempted multiple times to handle a serious issue privately and professionally involving equipment stolen and seen using it on FB post etc. When I arrived with law enforcement to try and verify the equipment, the business owner refused to cooperate or allow the officer to view it, despite the situation potentially being resolved very quickly through simple transparency. As someone who depends on this equipment for work, the lack of concern and accountability was extremely disappointing. What was even more concerning to me was the company's continued support of an employee "with multiple and recent DV and theft charges" despite repeated issues and complaints surrounding his conduct. Instead of helping resolve the matter professionally, I was met with denial and resistance. I have documented conversations, screenshots, photos, and other evidence connected to this situation and will continue pursuing the proper channels. I believe businesses should operate with honesty, professionalism, and accountability, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.

They are incapable and/or unwilling to take responsibility for any of their screw-ups. With this outfit, the right foot doesn't know what the left foot is doing. When I tried calling to correct errors, they were always defensive and unwilling to acknowledge any fault (thereby making any correction of the problems impossible). It seems they have a very short-term objective of making a fast buck; they don't seem to be looking ahead to establish a good reputation. I'd give them a zero rating if I could. My advice: find a different mowing company or buy a self-propelled electric mower. Firing this company was one of the highlights of my year; with Real Green out of my life, I have no more stress about screwed-up bills, broken agreements, disgust over incompetent/careless work, or failure to show up to mow during the peak growing season.
