The crew was on time (and patient-- they hadn't gotten the message that I was running late) and extremely friendly and polite. And remarkably efficient. They were done in under fifteen minutes, including clean up. That's all great but $250 seemed kind of expensive so I called Sean to ask if there was a way to re-negotiate the fee downward a bit since it took so little time. He went one better... or $250 better and said he wouldn't charge us at all for the work. Customer service doesn't get any more amazing than that.
