I met M3 in October and asked to start the project in January; no problem. Paid my deposit chose my tile. Now the choices. They have tons. Since we live in the Gables we chose a Spanish made tile that had an up charge. Xavier brought us samples of the two we narrowed down too and this really helped. The installation was seem less. All inspections were passed on the first shot. What was really cool was that they have a web site that is updated constantly with pictures of your home taken at level and then with a drone! I was so impressed. I have solar panels. M3 worked in coordination with the solar company and handled it themselves. It was headache free. There was no mess. Xavier or his wife answered all calls, texts, or emails within minutes. Try getting that response time in Miami! All questions were answered. And if they didn't know the answer, they would get back too you. Finally the craftsmanship is impeccable. M3 are not your typical roofers. They are artists. I took this service based on the reviews and all I can say is that I question the validity of the information posted. The painter showed up 1 hour late and did not even have a bucket. The work was not completed in the 6.5 hours and the supplies I purchased based on Victor's request, were not even used, the painter did not even have a ladder to reach the ceiling. In order to complete, I was offered $40 per hour until the job was completed - an additional 5 hours past the scheduled 6.5 hours. The quality is just below average and the deal was actually a "lemon," I spoke to Alex in the office several times during the course of the day and he relayed messages between Victor, the Painter and Myself. I did not talk to Victor - although he was the person that I initiated the job and deal with. Victor could not be reached, even though the painter said he spoke to his boss - Victor several times during the day. Unfortunately, this company is all talk....hustling $$$ from hard working people, throwing out deals and not completing with the intent of selling add on hours. Low level of accountability from the owner who will not even try to speak to a concerned customer. Long story short that…read moreI can't explain very well anyway, my roof was made of outdated materials that he couldn't remember the name of (so, I can't research it on my own, now) and he was pretty sure it was no longer available. He was also pretty sure "the owner" wouldn't take the job for that reason. However, he said he needed about 4 days to get back to me so he could research its availability. I called 5 days later and left a message. Now it's a week and I still haven't heard back. Can't speak about their work but I can speak to their level of professionalism: Poor. One more thing. Although we both wore masks, he used his as a chin guard once he was on the roof. I guess it wouldn't occur to him that aerosols from his nose could have been raining down on me. I stepped further away, but typically, it's hard to hear me when I'm wearing a mask as I tend to wear extra layers.
