The service and the reviews are too good to be true. The offer came on Angie's list and it was $250 for 6.5 hours. I took this service based on the reviews and all I can say is that I question the validity of the information posted. The painter showed up 1 hour late and did not even have a bucket. The work was not completed in the 6.5 hours and the supplies I purchased based on Victor's request, were not even used, the painter did not even have a ladder to reach the ceiling. In order to complete, I was offered $40 per hour until the job was completed - an additional 5 hours past the scheduled 6.5 hours. The quality is just below average and the deal was actually a "lemon," I spoke to Alex in the office several times during the course of the day and he relayed messages between Victor, the Painter and Myself. I did not talk to Victor - although he was the person that I initiated the job and deal with. Victor could not be reached, even though the painter said he spoke to his boss - Victor several times during the day. Unfortunately, this company is all talk....hustling $$$ from hard working people, throwing out deals and not completing with the intent of selling add on hours. Low level of accountability from the owner who will not even try to speak to a concerned customer. Instead of getting this one right, Reef Tropical Cleaning and Services got this one drastically wrong. read more

Can't comment on their pressure cleaning ability, because after multiple calls and messages with the office to get an appointment scheduled, I never received a call back. I guess they are doing so well they don't any additional business, so don't bother calling them. If their attentiveness for handling an appointment is this unprofessional, their actual service might be handled just a careless. Be careful.... I hired this company to change out a bathroom light fixture and paint the master bathroom. also since I've moved into this house I've been unable to get the shower doors clean as well as the tracks of an enclosed patio. they said they would "try" to make it clean. let me tell you, they exceeded my expectations. the paint job was great, the new light fixture I love and he got the tracks and shower doors so clean. very happy with the results. read more

I hired them from Angie's list, they were running a handyman special for a full 8 hour day and i got it. It was to paint my front door red. And also do calking in a bathroom and paint a few interior doors white( same as the original color). They were pretty much on time. It was a guy and his assistant. One did inside stuff which was fine but the other one painted hinges red door red and the molding red. It was pink and streaky so he did it again. It was awful. Even after second coat.Then victor calls me and says time has run out (12) pm and if I want my doir painted again and get other things done I needed to pay again. He considered the two guys as 1, so time was up. It was a bad experience. I had to hire someone to replace hinges and sand door and repaint it. And fix the molding where he went everywhere with the red. Perhaps for pressure cleaning they are great but not for paiting. Especially in the rain. Bad idea read more

I just had my son's roof cleaned as a birthday present by Reef Tropical Cleaning and Services. The tile roof was extremely dirty with black fungus. The two guys got right at and after nine hours of cleaning it looks like new! They then did an excellent job cleaning all exterior portions of the house. After returning from swim practice my granddaughters said they thought their house naturally had a black/brown dull roof. Great job! read more

While they appear to be courteous and upfront on their dealings, they do not provide any warranty on their work nor do they decline work for which they're not qualified for. I hired them to repair fallen cornice mouldings in the pool area and after a few weeks they came down and were unable to resolve how to make permanent repairs. They also undertook to repair damages to ceilings but did not have the proper texturing equipment to do so and the completed job was worse than before the repairs. The ceiling damage was due to water leakage from the upstairs toilet, for which they were unable to determine and turn-off the water valve. It finally took a house inspector to make the right diagnosis and to turn-off the water valve to prevent any further damage. read more
