Actually met the owner, Miguel, on this visit. Very kind and friendly. Great conversation. Told me about new July menu that started today. Bbq brisket sandwich and Grilled peach and chicken salad. When they first opened a few months ago the brisket was super popular and they ran out. I'll try that next time but was curious about the salad as I've never had grilled peaches before, but the blackberry basil balsamic dressing sold me. Sounds dope and can't wait to try something new. Stopped in lastnight at about 6 and the parking lot was packed and the street all the way up and down E street. Had to drive around a few times before finding a spot to park but found one none the less. We ordered : ClamChowder bread bowl : The clam chowder was okay, not the best I've had but also not the worst. Could've used more salt and pepper. The sourdough bread wasn't baked enough to my liking. When I order a bread bowl I want it nice and toasted so it doesn't get soggy... especially when I'm paying so much for it but apparently they just pare bake it so it's warm and call it a day. Fish n Chips : fish was flakey and moist. The breading was good but not crispy it was soggy and we were eating it there soooo it didn't have time to get soggy if they'd cooked it to a crisp... and don't get me started on the DISGUSTING tartar sauce I literally almost spit it out. Fries were plain, soggy and cold. Kids chicken strips: my son had no complaints Kids hotdog meal: they had a sign that said they were out of bbq chips(which are my sons favorite) so we chose jalapeño which wasn't an issue until I saw them hand the next customers child a bag of bbq chips with their order. Chocolate cake: I was so excited to have a slice of chocolate cake, it's my favorite but holy crap this place screwed that up to!!!! Opened my slice of cake and it was DROWNING in chocolate syrup like soup! I took one bite and tossed it in the trash, worst cake I've ever had! Berry cake: not sure my husband hasn't even tried it because he was scared to after mine was so bad. Overall we paid $75 for our food and my husband and I were beyond disappointed. Everyone keeps hyping this place up but we didn't have anything worth coming back for. VERY disappointing. Oh and I wrote a review a week ago about how crappy there hours are and that they are never open and they had my comment deleted. That doesn't look good for your small town business smh! read more

OMG, this place is a welcome surprise for our little town. The food is amazing. I highly recommend the chicken Gouda Apple sandwich, it's is one of best sandwich I've ever had. Went on opening day and had to ask Yelp to add them -- great new spot in town! The owners seem like genuinely good people and the food was very good and served hot. The clam chowder was flavorful and hearty, and the bread bowl was a perfect pairing. Because it was opening day, it took a little while for our food to arrive, which was totally understandable. My only small critique was the chili on the chili cheese fries -- it was just okay. But the fries themselves were good, the sandwich was great, and I highly recommend the clam chowder in a bread bowl. Will definitely be back! read more

This is the kind of local business we need to support! We tried Miguel's for the first time today, and it was an excellent experience. I would much rather spend my money here than on the crappy, overpriced fast food around here. We got the fish and chips and a cup of clam chowder. The fish and chips came with a canned soda and tartar (or other) sauce. The fish was fresh, hot and delicious, with a crispy batter, and mild, not too fishy, interior. The clam chowder was thick, creamy, a little smoky, with an overall good flavor. The fries were nice too. We called in our order, and it was ready in less than 15 minutes. The service was very friendly and prompt. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back to try more menu items! read more

Great food! the Chinese chicken salad is the best! My husband said the fish and chips and clam chowder are like what he gets at the coast.

We tried Miguel's this weekend and boy it did not disappoint! The menu is small and Im ok with that! We ordered the Clam Chowder in a bread bowl, a Steak Sandwich, and Chicken Gouda Sandwich. The Steak Sandwich was one of the best I have ever had! Bread is soft and seasoned, Meat super tender, and every bite was great! The Chicken Gouda was a flavor Bomb! So much in every bite! Something you dont see on too many menus in this area. And the Clam Chowder!!!! This will rival anything you can get on the beach! It was amazing, Creamy flavorful and thick! The bread bowl was soft yet toasted and seasoned! Soooo good! We will go back for sure! This place is a small gem! read more

Not the first to try this place, but the first to review it. Its located next to the skate park in Lemoore, small but quaint restaurant. It is a to go ma and pa shop with some outdoor seating. Great owners and great atmosphere, we had to try a few things off the menu. The bread bowl clam chowder was amazing! I enjoyed the grilled crust on the bread and the chowder is FIRE!!! We also got the apple gouda chicken sandwich. The flavor was definitely there and a refreshing bite of apple paired well the chutney and chicken. We ordered beer battered onion rings as well, and they were also delicious. Unfortunately I was not able to try the ultimate steak sandwich, for I was stuffed from the bread bowl clam chowder. My eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach today. I will definitely return to try the rest of the menu. Support the local business and try something today! read more
