Their pricing was very competitive, and the quality of work exceeded expectations. They did thorough prep work, including power washing the entire house along with scraping and sanding where needed. They also applied primer where appropriate and finished with two coats of Benjamin Moore paint, which really shows in the final result. They even took care of replacing damaged shingles, which was a huge plus. The crew was punctual, very pleasant, and paid great attention to detail. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately, and they made sure everything was done right. The house looks amazing. Structural work left half the house partially primed, the rest of the house was a horrible gold color, with dings, holes, cracks everywhere. I hoped that Franco would be able to clean it up a bit, in addition to a fresh coat of paint, but oh my god the amount of prep work his team did. One full day of prep, they got every ding, hole, crack, even repaired a ceiling crack. I almost cried seeing how much thought and detail went into his work. I couldn't imagine taking on the project myself, and I'm so grateful that I found MPP.
