I found a good deal on Groupon and booked an appointment - calling was easy and they were accommodating. When I arrived, I showed my Groupon and had no issues at all. The lash tech was very nice, made me comfortable, and didn't rush me when choosing lash sizes. She took her time and finished in about an hour, which is the normal timeframe. She even gave me a lash brush and a stamp card -- once it's filled, you get a free service. My lashes came out beautifully; it looked natural and I received plenty of compliments. The place itself is clean, bright, and comfortable, which made the experience even better. I am planning to go back for a fill or even a new set. Definitely a great first-lash extension. read more

Booked an appointment with them today for 4 pm, called around noon asked if they can changed it to 4:30, they said no they weren't available. I said okay and changed my schedule accordingly, when I went at 4 the people looked at me like i am an alien! Had no idea I had an appointment. Told me wait 15 mins, started waiting and she said actually 25 mins! I said is this a joke! She said i think it's better if you come tomorrow!! So apparently the person who books appointments is not even there, she works remotely!!! They said call her an book it again after i changed my whole day according to them! Will never go back! This business handled my Groupon appointment in an extremely unprofessional and misleading manner. I booked an appointment using a Groupon voucher that Groupon explicitly allowed me to repurchase. During the booking call, I spoke with Casey, who scheduled my appointment for 12:15. During that same call, Casey stated that the Groupon was for first-time customers only and noted that I had been there before. I explained that Groupon allowed me to repurchase the deal up to three additional times, which is why I purchased it again. Casey stated she would check with the owner and get back to me. Eleven minutes later, I received a text message confirming my appointment. Relying on that confirmation, I arrived for my scheduled appointment as instructed. Only after I arrived in person was I told that I would be required to pay extra. This information should have been clearly disclosed before the appointment was confirmed and certainly before I showed up. I reiterated to Casey that she had indicated she would check with the owner and then confirmed the appointment anyway. I showed Casey the Groupon on my phone. While it states "first-time customer" at the top, it clearly also states at the bottom that " you can purchase this deal 3 more times " the Casey photographed the screen from my phone, yet still insisted that I would need to pay extra. At that point, since I was already present, I stated that if payment was required, I would pay and address the issue directly with Groupon. The service was then performed. After the service, my Groupon was redeemed, and before paying any additional amount, I requested that the owner be contacted so I could speak with her directly before I made this payment This request was refused. Instead, multiple staff members argued with me including Casey, EXEPT the nice lady who did my eyelashes,repeatedly pointing to a small notice posted inside the salon stating Groupon was for first-time customers only. I explained that internal signage is irrelevant to me as a customer; I relied on the terms displayed in the Groupon app at the time of purchase. During this dispute, the two staff members spoke in another language that I do not understand, which further escalated the discomfort. The situation unfolded in front of other customers and was embarrassing and unnecessary. The only professional individual throughout this interaction was the technician who performed my eyelash service. After prolonged back-and-forth, Casey ultimately stated that I did not need to pay the difference "this time." The issue was never about the money; it was about principle, transparency, and proper business practices. Groupon offered this deal for repurchase, and any discrepancy between Groupon's listing and the salon's internal policy is not the customer's responsibility. I was never permitted to speak with the owner. Multiple staff members confronted me simultaneously. This experience was stressful, misleading, and handled extremely poorly. Businesses offering Groupon deals must ensure their listings are accurate and must disclose all restrictions before confirming appointments and before services are rendered. This situation should never have occurred. I do not recommend this business due to lack of transparency and unprofessional handling of a billing dispute. read more

I'm sure she double booked me but she didn't mention a thing. She asked me to fill out paperwork and wait. I waited 40 minutes (my appointment was at 2:00 and at 2:40 I got up and told her I had to leave). I wasted my time and money (since my Groupon expires tomorrow). Their customer service is 10/10 before I booked I called with some question. I asked their eta and advised me that its 1hr and 10min (I was coming during my lunch break) and she was NOT lying. I really didn't like this place. It was the first time I was going to get eyelashes done and it was really expensive and ugly. The work was done in 30 minutes and I was ready. The lady who puts them on was walking quickly because there was already another client waiting and when she finished putting on my eyelashes she asked me if I liked it and I really didn't like the work she did at all. She left some spaces under my eyelashes empty, it was noticeable. It was a shame that was my last time and I won't come back and supposedly they do a very good job, that's a lie. They put on horrible eyelashes that only lasted less than a week. That's why I'm not going back. I don't recommend this place at all. Just throw your money away. read more

Today was my first time visiting Mii beauty. I was greeting upon entering by Cathy, I hope that's the correct name. She went over my options and took me to the back. Process took about 1hour 15 minutes she was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable. I was cold so she provided me with a blanket. I was really happy with the time the process took. Other two places I've visited in the past take 2-3hrs that's insane. Here it felt like I was in and out. I was so relax during the process that I took a power nap. If my lashes last I will definitely be going back. I recommend this place to my friends. My sister and niece referred me and my other sister here as they were having a $10 off promo for first-time customers. Cathy did my lashes and Fina worked on sister's who requested just classic. I requested the classic but longer lashes in the middle. They turned out Ok but the work Fina did on my sister looked a little fuller than mine. Within 2 weeks, I called to set an appointment for fill which was $50. I got Fina this time and her work is great, however, there was more lashes that fell off than the ones Cathy did for me. Anyway, I believe Cathy has the gluing down to the T and Fina has the styling down. The 5 stars is for their service and quick responses to messages. I came here after seeing on IG being advertised, honestly I wasn't going for deals . But did like some of the worked done on there and I booked with the lash tech . I showed up and she had me waiting, while she was fixing someone's lashes . I had a feeling and didn't see that red flag , but the lady kept asking her friend how they looked while she kept doing her lashes . Well when it was my turn , I was told to lay down in the same table the other client was . I didn't see her sanitizing anything , ANOTHER RED flag ! Gave me a blanket that she had proudly used on every client ALL day , that gave me a rash ! When she started doing my lashes, communication was extremely hard , I explained to her what I wanted . But she kept sounding like she understood, but also kept asking me but saying something else that I didn't want . She did my lashes and prob took to say 30 min to do a full set . When she was done as another client came in , she rushed me asking me if I liked them . Omg , they looked so bad and the side of my eyes didn't have any lashes ! So I asked her to had more to the sides . She did , but they looked done half ass . Then told me I had no lashes, I definitely know that she could have added more correctly . But she clumped all my natural hairs together, making the ends have none , so the small ones that were left she glued a cluster ?! That next day I started having so much pain in my eyes , making it hard to sleep . The glue was terrible and left hard that rubbing them scrapped me . I started to look at my eyes closer , she rushed and glued clumps of hair to together . I get glueing clump lash , but not glueing your lashes together to another clump ?! Super lazy and felt like she was rushing clients as she was on her own . I had to take my lashes off now and I have to pull my own off because the pain was unbelievable. I will never go back and the people who don't see that issue have never had a true professional lash set done by gluing one hair at a time . read more
