I've been coming to Pania's Lash Bar for several months now, and I've gone to so many lash places before this... but once I found Pania's, I literally stopped looking anywhere else. When I first walked in, I was honestly shocked (in the best way). Most places I've been to are small, single-person studios, but this is a full-on salon and it's so beautiful. There's pink everywhere, Bath & Body Works products throughout (even in the restroom for you to use), a lash washing station, and they'll even offer you a blanket if you're cold. They always have good music playing (not awkwardly quiet, which I love), and the whole place is super clean and smells amazing. Customer service is always excellent. Every lash artist is so sweet, and if you show them an inspo pic, they'll literally recreate it exactly. My lashes always come out beautiful, and I never deal with irritation like I have at other places (no itchy or puffy eyes at all). Booking is also so easy since it's all online--you can book, reschedule, or cancel super quickly, and they have options for 1-3 week fills which I love. Another thing I really appreciate is how fast and on-time they are. I cannot stand laying there for 2+ hours with my eyes closed, and here I'm usually in and out in about an hour to an hour fifteen for a full set (maybe a little longer if I go extra), and fills are usually under an hour. They are so on it--if your appointment is at a certain time, you're getting started at that time and finishing on time too. It makes it so easy to plan my day. I wanted to share this set Anna did because I'm literally obsessed with it. She always listens to exactly what I want and delivers every time (and she smells good too lol). I also want to shout out Claudia because she's amazing as well. Honestly, from what I've seen, everyone there is talented--you really can't go wrong. My eyes were closed the entire time, so I genuinely don't understand how I was supposedly blinking, and the way it was communicated felt unnecessary and unprofessional. About an hour after the appointment, my lashes started falling out. I was flying out that night, so going back wasn't an option, and honestly, after the experience, I wouldn't have wanted to anyway. Where should I start? Well as you can see by my previous review from 2018 (wow, does time fly!) -- I have loved getting my lashes done at Pania's for almost 6 years now! It's honestly the best place and I wouldn't even consider getting my lashes done anywhere else. My work schedule varies from week to week and I love how easily and quickly I'm able to make my appointments through their site and the Square Go App. They have descriptions for all of their services, along with their pricing and I'm able to look back on all of my previous and future appointments. I'm a Professional Organizer, so I absolutely love and appreciate how organized they are. And this also goes for the salon, as all of the girls' stations are super clean and organized. I also love how Pania provides extra personal touches. For example -- since I wear contacts, I need to take them off before my appointment, but forgot my contacts case at my last appointment. Lo and behold they have some, along with contact solution, if you ever happen to need one. It's the little things you know. :) But now I want to give a huge shout out to Claudia. Claudia has been doing my lashes now for 2.5 years now. She is so good at what she does! She's gentle in the way she applies them and I particularly love how she really aims at working on every available lash I have. She tapes off different sections of lashes as she goes so that she can access others that are a little more hard to reach. She pays so much attention to detail and is also always so kind. I got married a few months ago and of course had Claudia do my lashes and they looked so beautiful.
