I found this place on classpass and I was excited after seeing reviews. I have been getting my lashes done for years without any issues. I always get classic/natural look. I could tell during the session things may not have been going right? I felt pain at certain points pulling on my lashes as well as lifting up my eyelid while I tried to keep them closed. After the session I was left with white clumps of glue in between lashes. I'm now having some kind of reaction and have to go elsewhere for removal and re-application. read more

Was really hoping I would like this place because it's so close to where I live. The place I usually go to is farther away and a bit more expensive but after multiple scheduling errors and unprofessional communication, it was a no go. Unsure if the fact that I had a Groupon affected anything. Seemed like they kept giving my spot away to preferred customers. They moved me three different times and on the third time they did not even notify me until I had driven there in person. Wish they had a booklet with reference pictures when choosing your eyelash style/length. They had picture drawings, but not actual pictures of people as has been my experience before in higher end businesses. read more

I've always wanted to get eyelash extensions but I was apprehensive at first because I don't have a lot of eyelashes in general and I didn't think they could do much with my eyes but I decided to go on Groupon and see if there was a good deal. I didn't just get the first deal they offered I looked at the locations and then I went on Yelp to read the reviews and this is how I came to choose TT LASHES. Con- what a hassle it was to get a hold of this place!! I called and I called, but no one ever answers the phone. they texted me and I thought that was so weird but alas I decided to give them a chance. *SUGGESTION TO BUSINESS* change your voicemail and be faster at calling back customers.... Pro- When you walk in you are greeted with a very nice relaxing smell and relaxing music playing. The gentleman that greeted me was very welcoming and offered me something to drink... (already I was impressed) I waited a little bit for the lady to finish with her last appointment and then the magic began. The entire process took 2hours and 20 minutes. Jenny was very gentle and caring. Poor thing had difficulty with my curly eyelashes... but overall pleased with the results. Now let's see how long they actually last. ******UPDATE******** I took care of them very carefully but after a week I HAD to wear mascara (for an event) and even though I was very gentle when taking it off (using baby shampoo) lots of my lashes started to just fall off. did not nudged of pull on them. The entire lashes lasted about 10 days. bottom line- $65 for a week's worth? not sure if its worth it. read more
