John was incredibly friendly and responsive and thorough in his work. He made sure that everything that needed to be done was fixed in a timely manner and he even caught an oil leak that he fixed no problem with everything else. He had a trailer for sale, I messaged him and he told me the trailer was still available, I asked what he would take for it, he said he would take $3500. I said awesome I am calling my bank now to secure funds. I notified him the bank said I was good to go I would have a check for him when he delivered the trailer to my friend's house. (Offer, Acceptance, and consideration all in writing.....yup a valid contract has been formed). This conversation ended at 5:15pm yesterday with a "Deal" and "See you Saturday at 11:00 AM". Today Don Burris messages me at 2:52 PM and says he sold the trailer to his neighbor last night. I notify Mr. Burris we have a valid contract and ask if he can get the trailer back and make it right. Mr. Burris is unwilling to fulfill his end of the contract. https://www.facebook.com/don.burris.7 Mr. Burris then went on to call me a liar and to prove that I had gotten the loan and a check for him. So I took pictures and sent them to him and he then told me he was glad he didn't sell it to me because of the way I was acting. Mr. Burris is a shady business man.
