To my surprise the lovely lady behind the counter wrote detailed instructions on how to get there and made a phone call to the mechanic to let him know I was coming. It had some electrical work that needed done, so I returned to have this done as well. Once the electrical was completed I was called and told that the ecm was fried and had to be replaced. Was quoted $595+ tax for the ecm plus $313 for the electrical. This total ended up turning into $1081 and another trip to the shop still having exposed wiring. My vehicle was at the shop for 2 weeks, got it picked up and made it 6 miles outside of town and had to call a tow truck to haul it to a different mechanic elsewhere because while working in my vehicle this last time they placed evidence tape on my ecm and all the wiring and knocked my collect overflow resivoir loose.
