I have personal auto I have business auto I have business and I have homeowners policies that's a lot of insurance so don't think for one second that I don't go out and check the rates and check apples to apples what people give for insurance for the cost ! Never mind that the people are very conscientious about their work and the ethics are top notch - but they have options of different insurance companies and different types of coverages to be able to satisfy almost any driver unless of course you have many things against you which then it is not the insurance companies or the insurance agents fault that you cannot get a reasonable price it is your own fault and you better keep shopping around! If there is a way to give you coverage this agency is the one that will find it - all without compromising integrity or other insureds rates !!!

I'd like to warn people about this agency. They have great customer service while you are a…read morecustomer. However when you cancel a policy with them they become hostile and rude. And refuse to perform simple business requests such as faxing a copy of your policy documents. The owner Robert Schumway is especially bad in the way he treats departing customers. I did not have any issues prior to this and other than feeling my policy was too expensive I was overall satisfied with this agency until I decided to leave (a competitor found a much lower rate). If you are shopping around for an insurance policy, there are other agencies in town which will treat you much better. I urge you to check the yellow pages and do your homework.
