When we finally had our house up on the market, we were worried because we had a lot of animals and a 3-year-old to juggle while trying to show our house. Nothing fun or stress-free about that! Kyler pretty much took on the role of a therapist at one point, talking to my husband and me for an hour or more some nights, just hashing out the best offers and why. Kyler knew the contracts. He explained every tiny detail to us. Answered our millions of questions honestly and earnestly. All while always keeping our best interests in mind, even when we weren't sure what they were. Our buyer's lender ended up being a bit difficult, to say the least. Kyler fought endlessly to get every speck of information from a rather uncommunicative party for us.
