I am incredibly disappointed with the customer service at Ramsey Law Firm. For a firm that claims to pride itself on client care, my experience has been the exact opposite. ​I am a very low-maintenance client--I only reach out once a month for a quick status update on my case. Despite this, I have faced constant communication avoidance from multiple staff members: ​First Case Manager (Deisy): Answered the first two or three times I called, but then completely stopped answering and let every single call and text go straight to voicemail. ​Management Response (Andrea): When I filed a complaint about Deisy avoiding my calls, management's response was completely unprofessional. Andrea was defensive and condescending, attempting to "educate" me on how long attorneys go to school, rather than addressing the actual issue of a case manager ignoring a client. ​Second Case Manager (Janeth): After being assigned a new case manager, the exact same pattern repeated. Janeth was helpful at first, but by the third month, she also began completely ignoring my calls and texts. ​Whenever I call the front desk to complain, the staff tells me, "We will let them know you want a weekly update." That is not what I am asking for. I do not need a weekly summary. I simply want the respect of a prompt call back or a simple text update once a month. As a client, a basic acknowledgment of where my case stands shouldn't be this hard to get. ​If you want a law firm that actually communicates and respects your time, this is not the place. read more

Disappointed with Lack of Communication & Delays I was in a car accident in March 2024 and hired Adam Ramji's firm to handle my case. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely frustrating. I finished all of my therapy by August 2024, and was told that my case manager would begin gathering my medical records to prepare the demand. However, months passed and nothing was done. I later found out--without being notified--that I had been assigned a new case manager, Cristian. While she has communicated a little better than the previous one, the overall process has been slow and unorganized. It's now well over a year, and I feel like my case has been mishandled and delayed for no good reason. Communication has been poor, updates are rare, and I've had to chase down information myself. I would not recommend this firm for personal injury cases based on my experience. If I could do it over, I would have taken my case somewhere with more urgency and professionalism. read more

Accident was on January 2023... I was contacted by this law firm, how they got my information is beyond me. They sent me to a sports injury company for a few months but I stopped going only because all they would do is sit me in a massage chair for 20 minutes twice a week. I kept getting assigned different case managers and not hear from anyone for months. Fast forward to December 2024 when I was contacted saying I was receiving a settlement. At this point I had forgot all about the car accident since I had not heard anything from anyone in months. I was told to sign documents and fill out my direct deposit authorization form, which I did and sent back the next day. I was told I would receive my check BEFORE Christmas ... it is now MARCH 2025 .. and I have yet to receive a settlement memo or a deposit. I have sent numerous emails, left voicemails and no response. Pretty sad, if you ask me. Either I am not getting any money or they kept it. I would ask if someone actually had the decency to return my calls or respond to emails... DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Terrible experience. Someone recommended them to me after a car accident. There was very little communication and they took months to get back to me whenever I had a question via email. It was frustrating to even get ahold of someone on the phone. At different points, I wasn't even sure I was going to get a settlement. They gave me very little guidance and sent me to a really shady chiropractor who really didn't help. Finally, over a year later, they contacted me and told me to sign some paperwork. I told them I didn't understand all that I was signing and asked if they could explain it to me. They explained that everything was taken care of and the amount they were going to give me was what was left over minus the lawyer fees. I wish I had it in writing and not just the phone conversation. I signed and got my check. 3 years after my incident, I am getting billed for thousands of dollars in medical fees they did not pay. Unfortunately, one of the forms that I signed basically said they are not paying those bills (even though the insurance company sent money to pay the bill) and that's how they got their large portion. That was not explained to me and I specifically called and emailed them about that form in particular and to make sure they paid for EVERYTHING before sending me a check. There's not much I can do now except write this review and fork up the money. It's more than what my check was for in the first place and it's a large and unexpected cost. I DO NOT recommend this company, I felt frustrated and manipulated working with them. I won't be removing my review. This review is one of the very few that are real! Most reviews here are fake. I'm positive many have been dissatisfied and just never came back for the update but this is your WARNING!!! You guys could not be bothered to keep your information on my case organized, you never visited to assess the damages and you all accused me of running a red light when the lights were black at the intersection that caused the accident. Forget being unorganized, the last straw is when I was accused by you all that I ran my light. It was the first and one of the most major details in my case. I ended up doing your job and getting the papers from the city myself. To prove that the man lied on his police report. Do not waste your time with the Ramji Group. I worked, collected evidence, sought out video footage, and so on, for the Ramji group for a couple of months and never got a court date. It is better you do it yourself. I wish I would've taken the time to review Ramji Law Group before signing anything. Our accident was in August of 2021 and I still havent recceived my settlement. They called me the same day we got into the accident and promised all these wonderful things and hasn't put that same amount of effort or energy into my case since. My case has been passed around without letting me know and the blatent disregard for my lack of communication concerns have been ignored. They do not care, they are not here to help you and I strongly beleive that they purposely drag the settlement negotiations out until statute of limitations expires or so they can go to "litigation" to collect a higher fee. I have requested several times to be sent all the corespondce between Ramji Law Group and the other Insurance, so I see exactly how my case has been handled and my requests have been completely ignored. Wish I had better things to say about this law firm. They came recommended to me by my chiropractor out of Austin TX after I was involved in a collision that wasn't my fault. They took my case and not one time was I contacted by Adam Ramji. I was contacted by Franklin and Virginia, the case workers. They had trouble getting records from Austin PD, even though I sent them everything over. Then after my doctor released me from treatment, Geico has refused to pay my medical bills. Shocker, right? Isn't that why people retain lawyers? To fight for them to have their bills paid? Well if Virginia is your case worker, you will not have a very pleasant person to work with. Even though I only spoke to her once for her to tell me that they are dropping my case because it isn't worth their time. They did not ask geico for any proof that they had already told me they refused to pay my medical bills or anything. I do not recommend this firm at all. Other reviews I read said that this lawyer used to be a chiropractor and was tired of seeing insurance companies wrong people with injuries and so he went back to school to get his law degree to help people like me... well this is not the case. Because my honda civic is cheap to repair, they assume that I must not have injuries that are worth their time. Maybe if you drive a rolls royce they'll keep your case and fight for you then. I had two cases with Ramji & Assoc. they picked up a dropped file on mine by another attorney and all they had to do was some finalization and pursue the personal injury monetary collection. I was told they would represent me for 33 1/3% and if we had to go to court the fee would change to 40%. Low and behold we never went to court and they took 40% anyway, thereafter on my other case they easily gave up on the pursuit of it and is currently withholding my case file from me after numerous calls requesting it and I even sent them a demand letter giving them ten days to respond and this was shortly after a week after speaking to them and they said they would get back with me and they never did. They ignored my demand which thereby affects my other attorney from picking up the case nd this involves a statute of limitations. Now I find myself having to file a complaint with cdc.texsasbar.com.This is the CDC grievance web portal which help you file you complaint against attorneys. To write a grievance the address is CDC, P.O. Box 13287, Austin, TX 78711 or you can call 1-877-953-5535 to request a form to be mailed to you and you will complete it and return it to the same address. Injury lawyers are the most opportunistic professionals in this country. They prey on the innocent people and good citizens ignorant of the law. They polish their own practices with your money and do the same for their associates like Chiropractic or other clinics, which can do those tests and MRIs that you never need and of physicians who will prescribe you the most nasty of the opioid analgesics. The best things to know before driving a car is to know the following: 1. Do you own the car you are going to drive? 2. Is your insurance current and have you insured with a reputable company? 3. Is your driver license current? 4. Are your stickers (registration etc.) current? 5. Check for a list of "Bad Faith" insurance companies while changing or getting car insurance. 6. Drive safe and respect others on the road and don't get annoyed by some unruly drivers on the road. If you have taken care of all these things, you are in-charge of your safety and others safety. However, if you anyhow got into an accident, don't panic. Don't call an attorney but call your family. If you are not injured, check on the safety of the other driver and don't go to the emergency room. Don't pretend to be injured. If you are at fault, NO LAWYER is going to help you. They can take your case, waste your time and when they will get your at-fault report, they will leave you high and dry. So the best thing to do as soon as you are back home is to call your insurance company and give them the truest account of the accident. They will take care of it for you. Don't worry that you are going to get an increase in your premium. If you have paid for the PIP and collision etc., you will get your car fixed. You will get all the benefits explained in the policy. If your vehicle was taken by a wrecker, let it go, but check to see if you know somebody who can fix your car better and take the car out immediately from there. If you have full insurance coverage, then you don't need to be worried, even if the other driver was severely injured. Your insurance is going to cover everything. If you got a ticket, pay it on time. If you get bills, send them to your insurance or vice versa if you are not at fault. Of you were not at fault, and then you should be in no tension either. Follow the same steps above. The insurance company will take care of you and your car and the other party's insurance will take care of their client. So, there is no need to hire a lawyer as your insurance company is capable of and is responsible to get the damages from the other party's insurance. You need not do anything. If you are injured, your and other party's insurance is going to cover the injury expenses. You don't need an attorney. Don't waste your precious time in doing so. If you do not have insurance or have limited insurance and you are at fault, the attorney is not going to do anything for you. Be that Ramji or anybody else or anyone whose ads come all day on TV or radio. They are all taking an advantage of your innocence and ignorance about law. If you think you have been unjustly accused of a violation, go to the small claims court yourself. You can fight against the insurance company if they act in bad faith. You don't need a lawyer for that. You only need a lawyer to stay away from prison for a while. These injury attorneys take the car accident cases to make money, which could all go into your pocket. If you still prefer a lawyer, you will get 33% and wastage of time. If you are not at fault, the other insurance company can offer you money, but do not sign a release unless you are sure that you are not injured to an extent that will cost you lot more than they offer. Wait for a few weeks before you decide to take their offer and the offer they will provide you if your car is a total loss or damaged. Access these things with patience and be just in making estimates and assumptions. My final word will be that, "YOU DO NOT NEED AN ATTORNY". read more
