He and his team are as professional and as friendly and as available as you could ever hope for. When my wife and I moved to the bay area, we decided to buy a house right away rather than rent. Mike is in California and we bought our home in Utah so at first I was a bit hesitant. Turned out to not be an issue. It was a seller's market, which meant that when the right home came on the market, I needed Mike to act fast and he did as promised. Got the home we wanted no problem. The pre-approval process is highly recommended before you start looking. It will also make the actual mortgage process much easier down the road. Your inbox will be flooded with emails and it gets a bit annoying, but once you're under contract, you'll be happy to be constantly kept in the loop.
