I was referred to him by a friend who loved working with him for loan on our first house, and it was totally painless using Mark's company. I then refinanced twice using him over the next four years. Again it was painless and Mark got it done with a better rates and lower costs than the big banks. So I referred my brother to him- again painless, great rate. Then my father, painless great rate, then my mother ....and so on. All experienced the same thing. Mark helped us purchase our dream home and worked a miracle for us. My fiancé was told that he would have to sell his current property in order to qualify to purchase a new home we had fallen in love with.
