There is a big difference between looking at one tile and looking at a finished floor area of the tiles you are considering. This really helped us choose a few samples. The salespeople were really helpful here as well and encouraged us to take as long as we needed. They also have a back warehouse which has a few ranges on sale. These are discontinued lines of tiles or even excess stock but still in perfectly good condition. It is something to consider if you have a tight budget.

So when I sold my home in Birkdale, I asked Freddy Kruger from the Kumue branch of Ray White to sell my property, and boy what a good job he made of it. The sold sign went up on day one, and the new owner was in five weeks later. And I've sold it at a higher price than my original asking price. Bonus!

This company has been in business for over 65 years, so they know a thing or two about their timber products. Their yard has a huge range of different sizes and grades of wooden planks and posts for any project and all the advice to go with it. I usually leave these visits up to husband since I don't know much about timber yards, but this seems like a great place to start if you live local to Whenuapai.

Just a phone call. Then when you ask for something that even proves they were at the property at all, they threaten to take you to debt collectors for not paying. It seems they have a lot of practice with angry customers. No surprises there. So we ended up paying $1400 for absolutely nothing. Will never use them again, and recommend nobody else does either. I never write online reviews but felt compelled to on this issue as it was some of the worst service and rip offs I've ever experienced. Would have given them zero stars if this was an option.

Armstrong was engaged by AA to assist us when our only car key was stolen. We advised AA it was…read moreurgent because we were stranded with an 11 month old baby. AA advised Armstrong would be there in 15-60 minutes. They arrived after about 80 minutes. When the locksmith arrived, he got to work without delay, however he never really spoke to us. We waited near the car with our 11 month old baby for TWO HOURS while the locksmith continued trying to create a replacement key. At no stage did the locksmith bother to tell us it would take hours, or we would have found another way to get our daughter home right away. After more than 2 hours, we asked what was happening and the locksmith said it would be another half hour. At this stage, we got our daughter home in an Uber. After another hour the locksmith said he didn't know how to create a replacement key. We got another locksmith out the next day who explained it would take a few hours and that we didn't need to be there. They created the replacement key without any fuss. We have now had to phone and ask Armstrong for their invoice 3 times ($180 for the call-out!) so we can submit it with an insurance claim. They keep promising to send the invoice but have failed to do so.
