Thanks Mike Jr from Mike Yarek Dodge Chrysler So here's my problem with this place. It's not really a problem it's more like wow where did you get that nice Jeep Rubicon Gladiator. Not just a any either. My friends came home with a Jeep with a full lift kit and big tires and all the bells and whistles. First thing my wife said was "wow that's nice". So of course we decided to go down there and check one out and take it for a drive. It was nice but needed all the bells still. We loved it and were told Mike Jr could make it look similar like our friends. Dave from sales mentioned a Sgt Green Sahara Wrangler Jeep. So as we left we took a slow drive by. My awesome friends told me to deal with Mike Jr. So after a week we made the call to Mike and, that was the best call to a car dealer in a very long time. First off Jr is not really a sales guy he's an old soul with and open mind on life and this writer believes it's about a life time of relationship than taking you for ever penny you got. Second Jr doesn't just sell you a Jeep he sells you a lifestyle. Third Mike sell you a Jeep that already has what you think a Jeep should be !!! The moment you leave you're ready for all Roads. This was a purchase my wife made for herself and I must say wow what a Jeep. She took the Rubicon out and the Sahara out and after considering both she pick the one that suited her best. This is a small dealership with a long history and Mike Jr doesn't have to fill his fathers shoes because he chose to wear his own on his terms. This opinion is my own but yet you can feel he truly wants you to be happy with your purchase and build a true relationship that brings you back for many years to come. Wanted to purchase a new Jeep Wrangler. Mike Jr. (sales mgr) searched, but couldn't locate one meeting our specs. We had to wait a couple of weeks until the new model year ordering opened up and we order what we wanted. If you are shopping for a Jeep, this is the place to go. Often a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep dealer will have the odd Jeep, but here the showroom had three and there was a good selection of beautiful, coloured jeeps outside too. read more

Would've put no stars but that's not an option. Don't waste your time here looking for a vehicle. The customer service is nonexistent. You'd think for selling "cars" you'd know how to work with clients but apparently not. They will make arrangements for you to finalize a vehicle then within 20mins before the appointment call saying "sorry I know you're on your way but, we have taken a deposit from someone else" Even after you've explained that you've taken half a day off of work to come and PURCHASE the vehicle. I don't understand how you have a sale then take another deposit? Sounds like a scam to me. If you can't trust them to keep an appointment why trust them to be honest with what they're selling to you. read more

I recently purchase a 2012 GMC Sierra SL Crew Cab 4x4. Other then the ad for this truck was not 100% correct (ad said "Nevada Edition") I found the service excellent. Dan King (sales) was quick to respond to any and all questions I had in regards to this truck via email. Dan and Kristen made the purchase of this truck painless and effortless. I am very pleased with my new purchase and was very impressed with the way I was treated. Just recently my truck was written off in a accident . After hours looking for a replacement I found a suitable truck on there site. Took it for a test ride and came to the conclusion that it was what I was looking for . asking the salesman what's the best price he said it was priced to sell and I agreed. Closing time was approaching and I told him I would be paying cash not financing . No worries he would talk to the sales manager in the morning . Next Day I called first thing to make sure I was serious and Dan said he would get ready to write the truck up and I told him I would get a check ready to them and be in after 3pm to sign the deal all was good I had a truck again. 12:30 just after lunch this Dan calls me and said the truck was sold by another sales man . I told him he had a pending offer and it had to be retracted . No courtesy call to tell me someone else was interested I could have left work and payed in full in minuets. Mike Yarek gets on the phone and starts arguing with me cause he knows they slighted me and hangs up. I go there at 3pm as promised to discuss the level of customer service is poor and that the salesman went for the guy that needed financing to get the kickback from the bank . not even a courtesy call from 9 in the morning to let me get the check there . Some other sales man walks up and says leave the showroom CLOWN we don't need your type... with Mike Yarek standing there and he didn't do a thing about his employee insulting me. I asked this is your level of customer service. I told them I'm not into confrontation but I will leave a review and they laughed ... Do not waste your time with this dealership as they are the true USED CAR SALESMAN that gives others a bad name and reputation. They could have looked at auctions and extended there service to give customer satisfaction but instead slight the buyer insult the buyer not a very classy dealership -5***** is the rating do not buy from this dealership next review will be the better business bureau.... read more

the sales guy I had was ok new to the dealer, they like to play games at this dealer I was looking to buy a van and had told them what I wanted, so they made me sign a purchase contract which I didn't want to do, when I was ready to leave he said just one minute and grabbed the sale manager, who came out with him, he tried the pressure tactic! which doesn't work for me. I will push or tow my new van to a different place if it ever breaks down near this place! save your time go else where!!! read more
