The woman who answered was kind and caring and said "Don't worry we've got this. All I have to do is wake up one of my drivers and they will be right there." Stephen arrived, put the car on his truck and drove my family all the way to my house in Portland. A 45 minute drive. I would definitely stay away from this company. He charges 5 times the amount of new parts for used…read moreparts. He takes on jobs that he has no idea on what he's doing. He lies to customers and /or just ignores them. When customers ask for explanation he just says it needs more work. He doesn't give quotes and then charges outrageous amount for work that shouldn't have been done in the first place. He doesn't complete work that is promised to customers and when he is confronted about it he says he doesn't have time to finish the work. He still has customer vehicles on the street by my house and he has moved since the vehicle was dropped off. He is the definition of untrustworthy. And when you confront him he makes violent threats and threatens to sue you in court.
