He rushed to our call after a very long day, diagnosed our mechanical problem which 2 stops at Les Schwab had missedthat same day, and made sufficient repairs to safely tow us to the closest reputable repair shop. He examined carefully what he found and showed us the clips that caused the problem. He tied our bikes safely on his truck and made certain we were safely settled at the repair shop before leaving. Then they proceeded to string me along, promising me over and over again that someone was coming as cars rushed past us on the highway. Fortunately, I started making calls and someone recommended TLC Towing. They had a truck to be in about an hour and the driver (Tanner) was the nicest guy. We got to know him well because we had to tow it more than an hour away. I wasn't happy to have my clutch go out so far from home but I am very grateful for TLC towing and Tanner!

Knowing I was stuck for the weekend I figured not getting my truck back till end of following week. Come Monday afternoon it was done! New pump, belt and coolant connections that I found later would eventually fail if not replaced by them. My mechanic at home said they gave me a great repair at a good price too. And let me tell you, the prices they are charging for parts alone are up to FIVE TIMES what the parts cost. And their "labor cost" is pretty outrageous for some of the simple things they say need done. I got my thousands of dollars quote and compared their parts costs to actual auto store quotes of the same exact parts and this place is charging triple to 5x the cost! For every single part needed. They never did complete the "free inspection" they offered me (I paid them $150ish for them to slap me with their outrageous quote so I wouldn't quite call the inspection free), even after keeping my car for multiple days and saying they would do it. Another disappointment. All in all a pretty bad experience.
