After reading these reviews I decided to call Nutterman's to repair my dryer. I had service with Nick Jr and he explained clearly what was going on. He even suggested he could repair the rollers but from the looks of them I didn't need them at the moment. Repair took less than an hour and I was drying my clothes instantly.
