On August 9, 2018 I went to Verizon for phone replacement. I wasn't sure what to expect but I experienced the most amazing customer service from Zia and Devin. They stayed late after the store closed to complete my data transfer. Their demeanor never indicated it was a problem. Zia and Devin were very professional while being fun and extremely easy to work with. I was truly amazed with their knowledge of the product and their patience with me answering all my questions making sure I had everything I needed. The wait to see a sales rep is ridiculous at the Ottawa location. For what I pay a month to Verizon they should have their stores better staffed. But I will say once I actually got service it was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. read more

I went to cellular sales in Ottawa Kansas on Veterans day to get myself and my kids new phones. We traded in 2 phones to get new Iphones and were supposed to get $200 trade in credit on both, she only got it on one. We were handed a paper to pick our bundle deal and were told on the pure genesis bundle we would get a apple watch 5 and airpods for 525 each bundle so we were like yeah that is a great deal lets do it. We were going to do 3 of those but she only had 2 bundles in stock so we got the 2 and she was going to order my other sons in and give us the same bundle. Our watches were not activated right so had to call Verizon and it took them days to try to get them working and we ended up having to wipe them both and reactivate them both. I missed several hours of work dealing with all the problems Ashley created. While on with Verizon we found out she did not get both trade in credits applied, no bundle pricing was given and we paid full price for the watches and airpods, the promo of 100 off per watch that was a deal on our account was really only 50 per watch. I have all your writing on our paperwork that she said in the store and none of it was true. She never told us we would be charged a set up fee for each thing they touched, she said we would just be charged an activation fee, she did not change our plan like we asked her too and she put on screen protectors without asking us first and charged us 39.99 each. I would of ordered those off amazon. I was told the case she put on would work with wireless charger does not so stuck with a 40 case that I won't use. She was not nice when I called her about these issues the 1st time and nothing was fixed. We have spent hours and I mean hours trying to get this fixed with Verizon and he got ahold of Brandon the account manager and was told Ashley would reach out to resolve the issuses and she has not nor has she responded to my texts or emails. My other son still has not gotten his phone or bundle and looks like he won't know. This has been an absolute night mare and we will never use cellular sales again and I will make sure to let everyone know never to go to the store in Ottawa KS cause all they do is lie to you and screw you over read more
