I choose this company too do the repair. They responded to my call on the second ring. The service dispatch set my expectations and said they'd have someone between 1 & 4 that same day. I got a text with response updates. The plumbers called at 11:30 and said they could swing by and fix it now (earlier than expected), if I had time right now. I agreed and they came. Poor guys had to bail out about 5-6 -- 5 gallon buckets of muddy water to get to the problem. They worked through the rain that started and got it fixed. It was disheartening to see them wallow in the mud and getting wet at the end, but they diligently got it completed, regardless of the wet obstacles. They even came the next day and double checked that it was fixed properly, because the rain was filling the hole at the end and it was fixed but not truly visible in the murky puddle the rain was making. I would recommend this company to anyone and I thank their employee Jonathan for a job well done. Thanks guys, it was very professionally completed to my satisfaction.

My wife, Vicki, first called Next Plumbing to repair a water leak near our house. The plumber…read morequickly found the leak, fixed it, smoothed the dirt back over, and left. It was a great experience. Because of that, we called Next Plumbing again to install a new kitchen faucet and bidet, move our old bidet to another bathroom, and reset a toilet. This time, they sent a plumber named Jonah. He arrived after 9:00 a.m. on March 3, 2026, and worked until nearly 7:00 p.m. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. Jonah installed our new Lowe's faucet without the required base ring and simply said it wasn't in the box after only a brief look. We later discovered the faucet handle hung over the sink, the bidet was jammed against the toilet tank, and the decorative caps for the toilet bolts were missing. Although Jonah returned with another plumber and corrected the faucet position, they still forgot the toilet bolt caps. Even worse, they removed the sensor valve that worked with our hot water recirculation pump, leaving us without the instant hot water we previously had. When I called Next Plumbing, I was told the parts had been thrown away and would be replaced. As of today--142 days later--that still hasn't happened. We were also required to pay the full $906 before Jonah left on March 3, 2026, yet 142 days later we still have not received an invoice. Our first experience with Next Plumbing was excellent. Our second experience was disappointing, with poor workmanship, missing parts, unfulfilled promises, and no invoice despite full payment.

I was told it would arrive within two weeks. In April, the installer returned and began removing my existing walk-in shower. However, he discovered that the shower unit he brought was designed for a bathtub, not a walk-in shower. He left without completing the installation and told me the correct unit would be reordered. In May, your installers returned and completely removed my old shower while waiting for the new custom shower to be delivered. After the new unit arrived at my home, I was informed that it was the wrong size. By that point, my original shower had already been removed, leaving my bathroom wall open and my shower unusable. Since then, I have not been contacted with a solution or any plan to correct the issue. The repeated mistakes, lack of communication, and poor customer service have been extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

I called in about 9/9:30 Saturday and was told a technician would be there between 9:55 to 11:55. A tech didn't show up. I understand that. Service calls can vary in times so no worries. I called in at 12:30 for an update. Dispatch was busy and couldn't answer. I was told there would be a call back. I waited until about 13:30. No call. So I called back. Dispatch still couldn't answer but I was reassured they would call me. I waited until about 14:30. Still no call. So I called again. Same story. I called back at 15:30. Same thing again. Finally about 16:00 I got a call back saying that a technician would be there tomorrow (Sunday). That's fine. Sunday at about 8:00 I get a call saying that there are no techs that work in the area on Sunday and that dispatch should have known that. Rescheduled for Monday morning. Once Brian showed up he did a great job getting my leak fixed, working around other workers I had here setting up new appliances.
