At first, though I was a little sad because what was delivered, although very gorgeous, were tulips. (See pic) When I called the next day, the owner, Jerry said he received a delivery but was not happy with the look of the larger Cyclamen and would not send something he did not approve. He offered to send 2 smaller Cyclamen to my friend at no additional cost and this is why I am giving the business a 5 instead of a 4 because the way Jerry treated my concern tells me that customer satisfaction is the most important thing to him. What we received was less than satisfactory. It included six yellow roses, 1 hydrangea flower, and a few sprigs of Asiatic Lilly but the majority of the arrangement consisted of daisies and carnations. When I called regarding the quality/quantity, I was told that the value of the flowers totaled $175 and due to the timing (Valentine's Day) flowers were just more expensive. I'm sorry that their suppliers charge them so much money for very common flowers and then they have to pass that onto their unsuspecting customers. I would have been better off using a vase I had at home and stopping at the grocery store to purchase my flowers. While you are charging up you can take in all Bert has to see and listen to some good music. He says his plants do well because they listen to good music. lol! May be true.
