if you are going to advertise that you are open until 1 pm on a Saturday. I don't know maybe be open until 1 pm. I went to buy my wife some flowers and I arrived at 12:10 along with 3 other people at the same time to find out the doors were locked !!!!!! so if you are gonna advertise certain hours then at least be open those hours or change the hours you are advertising online so this doesn't happen read more

I have received arrangements from Gunnels before that were fine, but I have to say that what they delivered for a recent holiday was a hot mess! It looked like they gathered up leftover filler flowers (think baby's breath, fern, spray mums and carnations) at the end of the day and shoved them in a vase. This was ordered about a week in advance, so this was Not a "day of" panicked order called in that they were just trying to fill. It looked like a 20.00 "bouquet" that you would buy at grocery store or walmart, but pretty sure they charged Way more than that. When delivered the card was puckered from being wet. Not sure if the arrangement was dropped or fell over in the car, but over all, Very disappointing. Pic shared is After my "fluffing". I was so excited to watch my daughter order flowers for her future mother in law in Fla..she went with THIS company based on it years of comment to their customers..I understand mother's day is the busiest day for THEM..Dont take orders that you cant fill..and you need some new help..your customer service skill are in serious need of help.. If your tiered close your doors..the shop was closed sat or just did not answer phone and no call from them my daughter had to call ..they NEVER apologized..they just stated how busy they are and never explained why or who never delivered her order she was so excited And Gunnels never even cared...who needs years of experience when they care so little for a paying customer..so sad..1 800 flowers should put a company like them out of business.. Get new help or close.. So sad.. read more

I ordered an arrangement online to be sent to a relative at the Cookeville hospital. The day they were to be delivered, she was transferred to rehab and the arrangement never found her. I called to ask what had happened, and was told this information after Angela took the time to make calls to track down the arrangement. I was told I could have another arrangement sent, or get a refund. I asked for the arrangement. My mother-in-law was so delighted with the beautiful flowers. I know they cheered her up.
