They asked for proof of return authorization, proof of delivery, etc. I cannot send a tracking number because it is more than 120 days so tracking online will not show proof of delivery. I went to trouble of getting a proof of delivery from UPS. I tried emailing the proof of delivery photo and they say they cannot accept photos. So I am out the cost of shoes, the cost of the return shipping, and the shoes themselves! Do not buy from this store, they stole from me.

We mostly stop by for the Black Friday sales, which range from good to unbelievable depending on the year. But even during the regular season, the store usually provides good value. On the flip side, they do not offer as large a selection as other stores in the area. In general, my advice is to stop here first to see if what you're looking for is available inexpensively, and then going onto Dicks Sporting Goods if you can afford to pay a premium price.

She advised me that I would have to bring the shoes into the store before a decision to replace the shoes could be made. My husband and I went to the store and Jennifer was the most professional person I've dealt with in a long time. She agreed there was a manufacturing problem with the shoe and replaced them. It was a very smooth transaction. My husband then looked at other shoes and we purchased a very nice pair. At the register Jennifer noticed my husband was a veteran and we received a veteran discount. We did not know of that perk for being a patron of the store, but we were happy to receive that discount.
