I reread it again and realized it said something different. Instructions were a bit misleading too. The escalators down were across from Starbucks. I finally found a member at the bottom and outside the first doors and he walked me over to the party bus. Staff member and driver were friendly and helpful. I was one of the first ones on but it filled up a bit. It was clean and spacious. We left around 12:30pm and went straight to Venetian. Made it there before 1pm I think! When I finally saw one of them while checking out other slot machines, I asked if I can have water and the replied I got was I don't have an extra. I ended up buying a bottle of water from Earl Grey. Their slot machines were tight the other night (Saturday.) We (3 of us) lost $500 each. I went to Rewards Center to see if I need to update my player's card since they changed the property name from Rampart Casino to The Resort at Summerlin. I was asked to walk across from their desk to use the kiosk as they no longer do it themselves. I got a new card but when I inserted it to a slot machine, it didn't work! I went back to Reward Center to complain and I was sent back to the kiosk !
