One morning, my cousin and I decided to make a bingo day as one of the activities to do. Decided to go here. We played some slots while we waited for the next session. Headed to the bingo room bout quarter til the next session. The lady who assist us was very helpful. We paid our $35/person for our session, which came with two drinks. Grabbed our seats then headed to the concession to get our drinks. We were able to use our two drinks as a double of whiskey, so we wouldn't have to come back for our second. We didn't win, but we were having too much fun. We were even cheering and celebrating with the winners. We had so much fun, we played two more sessions.

Electronic cards are the best!

5 stars all the way. I have won, I have lost and I have shared great times at the Red Rock Bingo Hall! The non smoking area is clean and the ventilation is great. Customer service is top notch and they always help me figure out which cards to get. 7pm and 9pm games have some double action- A plus! 2 free drinks per session- don't forget to tip! They come around and check on you as well in case you need another beverage or some hydration with water. I LOVE this place! Come on down and have a great time. Don't forget to use your station casino players card for points! Good luck!

Great place to have fun with the family. 21 and older ID is required. Cheapest game is 35. I think the highest was like 80 or 90. Not sure but you'll get on just fine with the $35 game. The DJ was great he had us Vibin bumping yelling shaking we really loved his set.unfortunately no one in my group one bingo, but we got pretty close a couple of times. Heavily recommend for those weeknight outings.

This place is fantastic! Another Yelp elite and myself come here whenever we visit Vegas. Two drinks are included with your gaming time. We love to pay a little extra to have the computer play for us so we can relax and chat while enjoying bingo. The staff do a great job helping to explain what you may or may not want to purchase. We told them we wanted to spend about $100 and have the computer play for us and they presented us with the best options. You can also bring food to munch on during this.

Went here with my friend for a mom's days out! It cost $25 for the managers special, which is the electronic tablets. We got that and I won a $50 game! But there was a $2 device fee, so $27 to play. We also got the paper one for $9 bucks, the cheapest blue one. I feel like those never win but it is fun to dab. The First Lady who sold it to use seemed like she hated her job so she wasn't super helpful with explaining what to do, and we were first timers. But we asked another guy for help and he was super nice!! He saved if for us. Gave us the patterns and a dabber to help us redab a different color on page 1 because we messed up the first dab! Hahahaha. It was very clean, didn't smell smoke in there. And you can bring your lunch/food. They have games ever couple of hours throughout the day. I would go again. Also, free parking! Wasn't hard to find a spot. I recommend this if you want a nice little outing!!!!

We love playing bingo here. The staff takes the time to explain the different bingo packages they have. You get two complimentary drinks with each bingo purchase. The Bingo room is clean and cool.

Make sure you get a players card before going up to the 3rd floor. Swipe your card outside of the bingo hall for coupons and free plays. It was my first time playing digitally, and I'm in love! There are fun variations of Bingo, so playing it digitally helped me not miss anything. For your buy in, you play for an entire hour, get two free drink tickets for the bar and unlimited sodas/coffee. There are white papers you can use to reserve your same seat between sessions, if you'd like to go get a snack or something. My new favorite spot in Vegas! I learned they do a monthly bingo competition weekend a with great deals on stays at the hotel and larger payouts. We will be back!

So when you get to the Plaza, you have to take the escalator up to the bingo hall on the third floor. It feels so exclusive, lol. The room is big though and there's plenty of seating if you want to go in a huge group, play solo or with a +1. Anything would fly here. The staff was so nice to us and explained everything thoroughly. We got some bingo package we had a coupon for and still ended up spending $48 each. With admission though, you do get a drink! Bartender was nice and also gave us some first timer tips. That was so kind! Once the game got going, it was a little confusing for the first couple rounds. However, then things all made sense, we got the hang of the screens and understood how the caller was saying things. Bingo on machines is a game changer! Gone are the days of dabbers, though you can apparently still do that, too. But...the game goes fast! I had a whole lot of cards though and won nothing but saw someone with a paper card win. I'm just sayin. ;) I will absolutely be coming back. I had so much fun and enjoyed participating!!!

We were simply confused by one of the game's special features and were concerned there may have been a glitch. Ted told us there was a specific rule that would clarify how the feature worked. However, after he, Mindy, and another employee were unable to locate that rule, Mindy immediately accused us of trying to obtain compensation, stating, "Members do this all the time; they try to get something out of us by complaining." I then asked to speak with their supervisor, to which Ted replied that there was no one higher than them. (We later found out this was false as we spoke to his direct supervisor Angelica). Ted then said, "We can't help you. If you don't like it, then you don't have to play this game." When I attempted to respond, Ted immediately cut me off. As I tried to speak again, to tell him he did not have to respond so rudely and passive aggressively, he escalated the situation by abruptly ending the conversation with, "You're being aggressive! We're done here!" before storming off. At no point did we ask for compensation. We were not combative, or disrespectful in our approach. We were simply trying to understand how the machine worked and whether it had functioned correctly. Rather than addressing our concerns professionally, we were met with accusations, dismissive comments, hostility, and disrespectful treatment. This interaction fell far below the level of customer service we expected and left us feeling frustrated and unwelcome.

The…read morelocation is definitely a plus, right on Fremont Street with easy parking, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the room itself really needs a major update. It felt very outdated and looked like it was in desperate need of renovation. The carpet also did not seem properly cleaned since I found glitter and even hair clips in different areas of the room. There was noticeable dust as well, which made the room feel less cared for. The bathroom was also extremely small and not very comfortable to use. The convenience and staff were great, but the room conditions made it hard to fully enjoy the stay. I'm not sure I would come back since there are many better hotels within its price range.

The check in experience was overly abrasive. No valet. Free self parking for hotel guests. I stopped at the door, unpacked the luggage and the SO (which is handicapped). There was a couple employees outside at arrival. I asked if they offered luggage assistance, which they responded in the positive, I asked if someone could help the SO with the luggage. I then proceeded to park the car. When parking, I could only locate 4, yes FOUR, total handicap spots all on the 3rd floor of the parking garage. If there was more, it was not obvious and or they were poorly marked. I then walked to the check in desk, which required a walk across the entire casino! When they had the old valet (at what is now the Carousel Bar) the front desk location made sense, now it doesn't with everyone entering from the south either parking or taking an uber or taxi. At the check in desk, I noticed I had no signal on my phone. I have a current iPhone Pro and use Verizon. My SO or our luggage was no where in sight. At the check in desk, the employee had an attitude. Complaining that I was "early". It was after noon. Basically ended the convo with being told to come back in an hr. I then walked over to the bell desk to get a scooter rentered thru a 3rd party at the suggestion of Plaza at time of booking. No one was there. Another employee said the "Bell Desk is closed today!". WTF?!? Shortly after that someone from the bell desk did help. They were helpful and polite. Gave me the scooter, walked me thru how to use it, then took a luggage cart to help with luggage. My SO and our luggage was still waiting at the entrance, as no one helped her. The bell guy arrived shortly after that and collected our luggage and gave me a tag. We went to the casino and decided to play some while waiting for the room. Shoot to Win Craps. After playing for an extended period of time noticed the machine never reported earning any player points. :( It had been over an hr at this point, we headed back to the front desk to check on the room. The person the helped me this time was more professional than the previous person. The thing about this interaction that really struck a nerve, after saying the room number several times indirectly, he refused to tell me the room number saying it was company policy. Wanting to text me. Where I had zero service. I told him I didn't have my phone on me. He eventually wrote down the room number on the card sleeve. Then said the room number out loud several more times while completing the transaction. We went to the room. Called bell desk. No answer. 10 mins trying. No answer. I go back downstairs, trek across the casino, go to the bell desk. No one is there. Another employee came to the desk. Bell Desk is closed. That's great, but here is my ticket, I need my luggage. Bell Desk is closed. I had them my ticket, I need my luggage, either here or taken to my room. They finally say someone will have your luggage taken to your room. This was an overly painful experience. It genuinely felt like our luggage and medication (which was clearly marked as cold medication) was being held hostage. As promised it was a quiet room. Seemed awkwardly wide. Hardwood floors. The chairs at the bar were damages with metal parts exposed, tho they were so cheap, neither of us were even able to sit in them ( they would not hold their position and compress to a very short position making them unusable for a high top bar). Large closet. The bathroom... the door here was awkward. There was a door into the "bar area" with a mini fridge and bar sink. No door into the "sink" area. The a small door into a tiny room with a tub and toilet. This door never closed. Just enough room to sit on the toilet. If you are closterfobic these bathrooms will be your nightmare. Also the toilet did a wired half flush. If you were not careful it was easy to plug, which we did several times. The best part of the room, everyday from like 11am - 1pm, NO HOT WATER!!! The windy nights... there was a high wind warning a few days we were staying. During high wind, the building has a draft. Ok, nothing strange. But, at some point, that draft turns into a whistle that turns into a scream. Yes, during high winds the BUILDING screams! At first we thought it was someone in the hallway doing it. When calling the front desk about it, was told there are aware of it and to put a towel under the door. For how loud it was, that towel did nothing. Would I stay at Plaza again? If only 1 night downtown with no luggage and wanted a quiet place, yes. On a multi day vacation NO. While quieter than Four Queens, I'd go back there before staying at Plaza again. It just feels cheap. It felt like staying at Motel 6. From the lack of valet and issues with bell, hard wood floors in the rooms and overall cheapness of the furniture.

No, it wasn't the same as the ones in Venice (I know because I've been in Venice and ridden one of their gondolas), but you know that going in. You're in Vegas so I didn't expect the same thing. I was looking forward to the Vegas version of this classic ride and I got it. Was it over priced? Yes. At the same time you get what you pay for. A fun ride around the camels in the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. There was supposed to be an photographer taking our picture so we can buy at the end, but his camera malfunctioned so we didn't get the shot. This was a huge disappointment as I'm all about pictures and I really wanted the opportunity to see the glamorous shot the professional photographer took and if it captured the. Moment like i had I would have bought it. Fortunately we weren't totally relaying on him. We brought our own camera and took the perfect shot with the gondolier in the background and the bridge when you come out. It was perfect. You didn't have all the busyness of Vegas in the background. I'm overly thrilled with my photo, I got exactly what I paid for a fun ride and the perfect shot to frame and remember this day. And yes, I really did frame it and it sits on my piano. As long as you know what you're paying for, it's totally worth it. And now that you've seen my shot and know that it's taken at the end of the ride when you come out from under the bridge, you can get the same shot too. Have fun and enjoy Vegas and the Venetian. The self parking has a lot of spaces but ingress/egress is easier at The Palazzo. However the valet parking here is faster compared to other resorts. The rideshare pickup/dropoff is good too. The casino floor is bright, clean, and good gaming variety. For the slots, I like that they have both old and new machines. I like the older "top dollar" and "run for your money" machines. I also like some of the new machines like KONG . They also have a great variety of video poker, blackjack, roulette, and craps! I have yet to play at the tables here but they have a good variety. The beverage service is good, but coverage/timing could be improved. I feel like some parts of the casino floor do not get as much service. They also have a great variety of food and restaurant options for all budgets. My personal favorite here is Estiatorio Milos. A close second would be SushiSamba. However, I have never had a bad meal here. I also recommend Sugarcane, Chica, Cote, and Smith/Wollensky. I still want to try the other options here! Overall great place to stay or check out.
