Sümbüle was caring, compassionate, charming and most accommodating in every way. She looked after us as if we were family to her. I'm so glad that I didn't have to drive or find parking. Finally! I found a reasonably priced professional car service for airport transfers. I booked my reservation online after reading the Yelp reviews. Shortly after booking, I received a call from PSS confirming my booking. I accidentally booked a 12 person SUV, and we changed it over the phone to a standard SUV. My driver Lucas texted me to let me know when he arrived and he told me what carousel number my baggage would arrive. He was there waiting for me and helped me with my luggage. I am a chauffer as well last night about 7pm I was dropping at the Sphere some clients and their was 2 of these SUV parked in the area I was told we was to drop at the 2 chauffer s was talking to one another I asked them if they could park so that other people could drop off there. They told me they own that space and I was nothing but garbage for talking to them and continued to belittle me in front of the clients told me to be more professional when neither on was acting professional I got paid and wished my clients a good night and enjoy the show while one of the drivers went and got security and claimed he was going to get me 86th from the property and told me I was garbage a piece of shit and to get the fuck out of there. Made me extremely angry. This is no way the type of attitude that any driver should have especially in front of any clients regardless of it. The sphere keeps changing the drop location therefore I dont intend on taking anymore clients to them. But I would never recommend your company to anyone and will go out of my way in the future to make sure they do not get any calls or buisness from me or anyone that I know. Having continued to use PSS for service to and from McCarran Airport over the years, I continue to be pleased. I use PSS in lue of any other service (taxi, Uber, etc.) because these guys help me with my large international luggage from curb to curb. They are continually on time, but really like 10-15 early for pick ups and I never have any problem finding them when I am arriving to McCarran. As of 2018, prices are around $45 from my Summerlin home to the airport and around $67 from the airport to my Summerlin home. I pay cash. To have a helping hand with my multiple bags and a quick out at the airport because they park on the low floor, I will continue to rely on PSS. Some of their cars are older, but the kind care of the drivers and consistent service will keep bringing me back. read more

This is not a review for the service. This is a review for the online booking system and customer service. I submitted an online booking request the evening of 10/14/21 for transportation on 10/16/21. While I understand that reservations are not final until confirmed, no one from the company ever called me to inform me that my reservation had been declined. I logged into my account around 5 p.m. on Friday 10/15/21 to see that my request had simply disappeared. The reservation was substantial and I left very clear notes on the importance of the reservation and explained that I was more than happy to adjust if needed. I also provided my payment information and additional personal information. Before calling the company, I triple checked my email (spam as well) and my phone calls because I assumed I had missed something. Nothing. Fortunately, a booking agent answered when I called. He informed me that my reservation had been reviewed and declined much earlier in the day. I completely understand the company not being able to accept my request, but I don't understand the lack of contact. Quite disappointing. I lost valuable time that I could have used to make other arrangements. I wouldn't have spent time on this review, but after a ten minute hold and an insincere apology, the booking agent ended the call by flatly stating, "you should have given us more notice." If I could have, I would have. And all I needed from this company was timely notice that my reservation had been declined. One star for the agent's unnecessary, unprofessional remark. read more

As luck would have it, our flight from OC was delayed a hour before we even got to the airport. No problem, PSS was monitoring our flight and alerted the driver. Long story, after several delays we finally arrived in Las Vegas. Upon our arrival, three hours late, our driver was waiting .We did not have time to go to our hotel prior to the game, so he kept our bags and got us to the stadium in time for kick off. I'll start this out by saying I did not have the opportunity to use them, so I cannot comment on the actual service of this business, but after the experience I had with them, I think it's atrocious this is a 5-star company on Yelp and decided to share my short experience with you all. I've been planning my sister's bachelorette party for months, and I'm down to the details now, so I've been calling car services all week to surprise my sister at the airport by hiring her a car to pick her up. I called and spoke with a woman, who clearly felt she needed to look down her nose at me for no reason, and asked her for a quote. She gave me the pricing, which I will say was fairly priced in comparison to the other companies I've called. Here's where the issue started - I mentioned I was considering hiring 3 cars for service to and from the airport for all the girls arriving, and also possibly hiring a limo one of the nights we are there as another fun surprise. I asked if there was a chance they could give me any kind of a deal since I would be hiring several of their cars that weekend. She interrupted me to say that their company had the best prices out there and there's no way they would give anyone a deal for any reason. I began talking again just to say I was just asking and was confused by her aggressive answer, and she interrupted me again to give me the party line and then condescendingly tried to explain what goes into the pricing of their vehicles. At this point, I was pretty steamed, so I interrupted her and as calmly as possible explained why her demeanor and condescension was offending me. She then offered me what could have possibly been the worst apology in history, basically saying she was sorry that i was offended by her innocent words, with severe insincerity in her voice. Almost immediately after that comment, I decided that I should at least let her supervisor know how incredibly rude this woman was, and as I began to ask to speak with them, she abruptly hung up on me. I wish she had given me her name so I could put it in this review and maybe something could be done about her, but she did not. I'm so offended by the horrible attitude she had, that it's put a bad taste in my mouth about this company and I don't think I'll be using them at all. For a company that has "Service" in their name, they sure haven't done a good job training their customer service staff. I hope the owner can figure out whoever this horrible woman is and get rid of her before she drives away all of their potential customers. read more

Very disappointed by they way this was handled. I was unable to pick up my husband from a medical appointment, so thought I'd tried this service. I used the website to book it and entered in the locations of both pick up and drop off. I was able to enter in all of this plus my husband's information, credit card, etc. and received a page online that stated I was all set and was given a confirmation email with a confirmation number. Come to find out, they never showed up, so my husband called and the person on the line stated they don't take online reservations (though you can see from my attached photo it states they do) and they only go to casinos and the airport. He also said it is only for exclusive clientele at the Rampart Casino??? Why would you allow someone to go through the online booking process and even give them a confirmation number if you don't take reservations online or go to the location where I need them to pick up my husband??? Set your website so it doesn't allow for that, for pete's sake. And take the ability to book online out if your don't want people to use it. Pretty simple...poor business practices... read more

Everyone with whom I came into contact was extremely professional. The office staff was very helpful with bookings (and I'm pretty sure I confused the heck out of them several times!!). The drivers were right on time - early, even - and they were patient, courteous, helpful, and highly professional. Vehicles are very clean and comfortable. Even better, prices are very fair. I comparison shopped and Personal Sedan Service actually had the best rates. Try to pay cash, though, as they do charge an additional $5 if you pay via credit card. I will preface this review by stating: You get what you pay for. I planned to surprise my husband for his 40th birthday in Vegas with Limo service from the airport to our hotel. I shopped around and found this company and it looked legit. The person on the phone was very helpful. I was very clear with her about payment that was accepted. She assured me that I could pay with a card in the limo when we arrived at the hotel. As this was a gift for my husband, I wanted to handle it without him having to worry about it. When we arrived in Vegas, I was so excited to be greeted by a driver with my husband's name on the sign, and see his surprise. Unfortunately, our driver called me, told me where to meet him and then folded the paper under his arm. As we approached him, I asked that he hold up the paper, and he did, but was not happy about it. When we arrived at the limo, he started it up and turned on the A/C, unfortunately, the A/C did not work very well. I think 3 of the vents blew out cold air. There were 4 of us in the limo, the 2 men sat in the back and immediately began sweating. As we pulled out into the sun, we noticed that one of the back windows was not tinted, leaving the person on the left in the hot sun. The radio control in the back was broken. We asked for the driver for music and he blared advertisements until we asked if he could change the channel to try and find some music. He clicked around a bit, became irritated and found some classic rock. As we arrived at the hotel I noticed it was not the correct one. I told him that it was not correct, he became irritated and he argued with me. I started to hand him my confirmation with the name of the hotel and he shewed it away and said he knew where he was going. When we finally arrived at our destination, I peeked through the window to hand him my card. He told me that he only accepts cash, that his phone was broken. I told him that I made it very clear that I needed to pay with a card. He then showed me my a reservation that said cash. I apologized for the miscommunication, and explained that I only had a card. He continued to argue with me, I suggested that I call the office and pay over the phone, he just kept saying, everyone pays with cash. After standing around for about 5 minutes while we argued, my husband finally asked what was going on, and asked that he open the trunk to get our bags. I finally had to ask my husband for cash to pay for his limo surprise. It was a total bummer... read more

As an update to my last review in 2016 - moving up to April of 2018: We ordered our car service for a trip to London as usual the pick up from our home was fine. No issues at all. Upon our return, for the 2nd time, we were made to wait an hour for the driver to locate us in the airport. This after several calls to the office (they were very kind and understood our frustrations and even comp'd the return ride). The driver finally texted and my husband and told him to take all of our luggage from the customs area to an area where he had mistakenly parked the limo. He was told under no circumstances would we be hauling anything anywhere ( again we had just been traveling well over 10 hours) and he was to meet us where we were originally supposed to be picked up. Once he actually arrived to us, we took our own luggage to his dirty limo( see photos) and he asked us which route we wanted to take. Now, we realize our main highway is under construction, we had been out of the country for 12 days, traffic in Las Vegas changes with the breeze, and to my mind, maybe the actual DRIVER should be determining the best route. He didn't and the drive turned into an hour long excursion in horrifying traffic,which could have been avoided. As mentioned, we did request to have compensation made on that ride, and were granted it after a call was made to some manager. But in all fairness, this was the second time we were made to wait for a limo at the airport on our return. And no attempt was ever made to contact us after a message was sent to the company regarding the problem. Thankfully there is another far superior service that we used on our trip this September, and will also use them at Christmas time when we return to London again. read more

The tardiness was due to the company intentionally allowing insufficient time to get from place to place and was 100% avoidable. The pick up at the airport was great. Received a text from driver and quickly met up. Very personable and engaging. Brought us to the store as requested before landing at The Paris. Departure back to airport was slightly different. We were at the front of The Paris with our luggage waiting. I guess I assumed where we were dropped off originally would be where we would be picked up. I got a call from the driver stating he was at CVS. Now when you're not from the area that doesn't do much good. The driver stated something to the effect that he was not allowed to pick up out front. And this was a different driver than the original. I asked the bellhop if this was true and he stated it was not he asked where the driver was. He then loaded all our luggage back onto the rack and got clearance from his management to bring us to where the driver was waiting. Seemed like he was at a back entrance to the hotel which I guess would've been fine if that was what was agreed on. And we would've had a heads up we would've been over there without luggage instead of trucking everything through the casino. read more

I have used this service several times (booked online) to have them pick me up from home and take me to the airport and pick me up from the airport (because I cannot see myself hiring a taxi service and make that horrendous line at the airport just to go home) and I have to say that Personal Sedan Service has ALWAYS been on-time, their drivers have always given me excellent customer service, I enjoy the smooth drive to and from the airport and their prices are fairly reasonable.
