Called an independent repair person. Same issue. Said it probably wasn't installed correctly. Accutemp refused to cover under warranty. I will never use them again. Dishonest. Wanted me to replace major part of system that is only 2 years old.

The tech that came out wasn't prepared for the job and needed to borrow my shop vac. To me, if I'm paying you close to $400 to clean my AC motor, come with your own tools and equipment. It's not professional to ask customers to provide their own for the company's use. I called the office to complain, and the manager was rude AF. He said he wasn't sure why the tech didn't have a shop vac, but the tech said he was never provided one. (So whenever you read this, please buy your employees the tools they need to do their jobs) I let the tech use my shop vac anyway, he finished cleaning the AC, and left the remainder of the work for the next day because materials were late. Stephen, the tech that actually did the remainder of the work was courteous and professional. Not sure sure I would use this company again. Seems like the owners or managers don't care about their employees or what kind of business they're running.

To coincidental for me so I called another company. Come to find out kelly scott completely misdiagnosed the problem and i practically gave them $1000 for free. I do not recommend this company. I give them an F to the fullest. Not professional, over priced, not personable, and do not know what they are doing. Horrible experience. In the process of taking them to small claims court.
