Thankfully, I had Shine wrap the entire vehicle with PPF after I bought it, so the rock didn't damage the paint or body. I called Shine and they got me in a couple days later. I waited in the waiting room for a full hour, even though there were only two customers ahead of me. There was only one person working on my car, which seemed to be a big reason for the long wait. After waiting an entire hour and paying $32, I expected much better attention to detail. Unfortunately, my car was still not properly cleaned. I found trash and empty water bottles inside, the mats weren't cleaned at all, and there were water streaks all over the exterior. I also noticed dust and stains throughout the trunk that had clearly been missed. They didn't even put an air freshener in the car. I used to go to another place before it closed, where two people would work on my car and I would be out in about 15 minutes. The difference in service and efficiency was huge. For $32 and a full hour of waiting, I expected more than what felt like a basic vacuum and a dry-off after the drive-through car wash. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be coming back.

Even though I have since moved away, I still miss this car wash and have continued coming back. It really is far superior to other car washes I've visited. The value is excellent, the staff is usually friendly, they are always cleaning, and the equipment does one of the best jobs around. I had a moment where I felt disappointed, which led me to leave a more critical review at first. But after giving it some time and continuing to come back, I want to be fair and honest. Overall, this place has continued to stand out for the quality of service, cleanliness, and consistency. No business is perfect, and sometimes busy days can create off moments, but that does not take away from the fact that this is still one of the best car washes around. I have visited plenty of others, and this place is by far superior. Because of that, I am changing my opinion back and giving credit where it is due. This is still a great car wash, and I will continue coming back.

If at least one person doesn't come here because of the ownership, then that's great. Don't treat people like crap! Please don't come here.

The wait usually isn't that long, but the plaza is kind of small. The price is okay, but I really hate how the timer just keeps going. You can refund the money, but you'd have to pay for another 10 minutes to restart. I guess technically you always have to be paying though. The sink doesn't really work though, and there are no soaps and no towels. If you do need to use the restroom, there's a CVS within walking distance.

Mike did an amazing job with my 2022 civic. I knew nothing about detailing and he answered all my questions and helped me find what I was looking for. He also had an appintment for me within days. He walked me through the process, showed me what I needed to buy to upkeep the ceramic coat, and answered any question I had while he was working. Overall, a genuine person and you can tell he enjoys and takes pride in his work. His car was pristine and he seemed very meticulous with cleaning his gear/tools and putting it back neatly, which made me know my car would be in good hands. Since the coat has been applied I've washed my car and it cut the time In half. The water just beads down and the microfiber cloth glides with ease now. NO STARS to the aggressive psychopath driving down Orangethorpe in Fullerton today. He told me "next time I'll (explicit) hit your car", all because of a right turn I made when he was far down the street. Hm, maybe don't speed while towing your business' trailer. He then proceeded to merge around and aggressively cutt me off to the point where if I didn't slow then he would of hit me, again the company trailer was being towed and almost crashed into my car. We met again at the next stoplight where he ranted and cussed at me while throwing me the middle finger. This is a guy that shouldn't be trusted on the road or in my car detailing it. Tall skinny guy with dark spike hair and douchebag black sunglasses. Just in case the company wants to reconsider who they have our driving and advertising their business. read more

I just recently bought a new Honda civic and wanted to get it ceramic coated/paint correction since to me is worth the investment. I wanted to find someone who can do the job and take care of my car. My car came out shinier, glossier, and cleaner. Mike was not only informative but very helpful. I even asked to do my windshield another day since I wasn't able to at the time of my appointment and he said I can bring it back anytime to get my windshield ceramic coated. Which to me really helps out since he's very understanding and is extending that time for me. Everything was hassle free, very responsive, and on time. I actually found Mike on Instagram. The entire process was super professional and seamless. Showed up at 8, I was late and arrived at 9, and he had my truck and my bike done by 1:30. The pictures speak for themselves but the work is first class. I didn't know hard tap water can cause mineral deposits on cars that will actually eat into the clear coat over time and eventually be impossible to get out. Not many people realize how simple sprinklers can destroy their car's paintjob, thanks to our extremely hard, mineral infested tap water here in OC. I called GC Auto Detailing late Friday afternoon and explained the situation to George. He was already finished for the day, but had me come by his house to examine my car. Him and his assistant had never seen such a water spot disaster. His assistant asked me stunned "did you spray this with a garden hose or something?" And I was like "yeah, you're not supposed to do that?" George explained the urgency of the situation and was unexpectedly accommodating to my schedule, letting me come to his house again at 7am the next day (Saturday) to give my car a thorough wash and try to get the water spots out. Luckily they were able to get the water spots out of everywhere except one side trim piece, avoiding a disaster. George even polished all the surface scratches we could find out of my car, and gave me some good car washing tips. Him and his assistant taught me how to properly dry my car by spreading and dragging a microfiber towel in a straight line with no pressure on the paint, how to hand wash the roof of an SUV by standing on the rear tire, what types of water to use to minimize the risk of water spots, and washing/drying techniques to avoid water spots (avoid washing in the sun, washing/drying in sections, etc). My car came out looking stunning with 98-99% of the water spots gone, so my paint job was saved. I'd highly recommend George as he's an expert and really knows what he's doing.
