Disappointing First Experience I tried this auto spa for the first time, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service. I waited in the waiting room for a full hour, even though there were only two customers ahead of me. There was only one person working on my car, which seemed to be a big reason for the long wait. After waiting an entire hour and paying $32, I expected much better attention to detail. Unfortunately, my car was still not properly cleaned. I found trash and empty water bottles inside, the mats weren't cleaned at all, and there were water streaks all over the exterior. I also noticed dust and stains throughout the trunk that had clearly been missed. They didn't even put an air freshener in the car. I used to go to another place before it closed, where two people would work on my car and I would be out in about 15 minutes. The difference in service and efficiency was huge. For $32 and a full hour of waiting, I expected more than what felt like a basic vacuum and a dry-off after the drive-through car wash. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

I have been coming here since 2003, several owners later still outstanding service and excellent top notch car care.

Speedy service most of the time depending on how busy they are; quality wash, even with the basic package. They put detail into even a basic wash and tire dressing. Reasonably priced compared to other options in the area. The waiting area is rather spartan. They have a gift/snack shop that looks like it is in a third world country. I have gone here a few times in the past. It was kind of slow, but usually a decent job. Yesterday I went about 12:45. There were several cars waiting to be washed, but only one in front of me waiting to be vacumned. I got a fairly basic wash, nothing special. About $33. Kind of high, but I was already there. While I was waiting, I noticed I was not seeing any cars come thru the car wash. After about 15 minutes, I went to check and my car still had not been washed. I was told it was next in line. It was 30 full minutes when my car finally reached the car wash "tunnel". By the time it got to the end, it had already been 40 minutes. I had kids to pick up from school, so I had to have them remove the car, so I could leave. No drying, no windows cleaned. No apology. I will never go back. I've been here a few times before, and the price has always been reasonable, and the service was fair. But recently, I have tried to get my car washed here twice in the last 10 days. Both times I arrived about 30 to 40 minutes before their listed closing time. But both times the entranceway is already chained up. And today, same thing despite there being half a dozen cars being hand dried by the workers. I asked them why are they closed, if it says on Yelp that they're open till 5 PM on weekdays. One of the workers straight up told me there was no business the last few hours, so they're closing early. But that doesn't make sense though, because as I said above, there were still half a dozen cars being hand dried still. I have been a customer here over 30 yrs. Today brought my car in and waited over an hour then finally is my turn washing my car. I asked the manager, don't you guys do 1st come 1st wash. He indicated yes, and I asked my other vehicle came later than I got put through 1st. The manager could not tell me why and did not apologize. Photos taken at the car wash upon receiving keys. They cracked and damaged the front wind shield during the wash. They would not provide their insurance information or accept liability. When I told the manager Arturo that the damage was not there when I got to the wash, he agreed that something might have happened. When I asked him to put it in writing he said he could not do that and eventually threatened to call the police because we did not want to leave without the letter. I bought a 2008 Milan from a neighbor and the car was sitting for a few years. The car was super dirty with heavy dirt particles and rims were disgusting. So I ook to Canyon Auto spa for a detail job that my brother recommended. This detail job took about 4 and half hours and when the job was completed. First off! It's clear by reading some of the reviews people are so entitled. You can never win sometimes. DON'T BELIEVE IT If you want to complain about the time it takes to get your car washed and rush them, don't complain about them not being thorough in the time you gave them. And if you want to complain that people don't clean your car thoroughly, PREPARE TO WAIT THE TIME IT TAKES TO BE CLEANED. These are humans beings working all day in the hot sun. For $30 something, I don't think it's that big a deal. Anyway! the staff is SUPER friendly. More importantly, they do a great job! I have always had a pleasant experience here. If they miss a spot, don't be afraid to point it out. They clean it right up for you with a smile. Plenty of space to wait inside or outside. There is a little shop with trinkets and drinks and even massage chairs. If you really can't sit still, take a walk! It's been two years since I reviewed this and same things still applies. They are SLOWWWWWW!!! Arrived at 2:55pm, there were 2 cars ahead of me and 1 had already been vacuumed out and was moved to go through the car wash. The 2nd one was just being finished up on the vacuum and I was next. I am typing this review as I sit here waiting to see my car come out of the car wash, it's been 25 minutes and the first car just came out. A couple minutes later the 2nd car came out, so mine should be next... I look up to see the next car and it's not my car... clearly it was someone that came in after me because they were only two cars in front of me? Its been 35 minutes now and my car still has not come out of the car wash... Its been sitting in the middle of the car wash for about 6-7 minutes. I don't have a problem waiting on a service, but I do have a problem when that service takes exceptionally longer than it needs to. (It also makes me wonder why?) I think it's a little pricey as well. I could've stayed home and had somebody come to my house to wash my car for the same price... AND not have wasted an hour sitting here. (so funny as I'm sitting here typing this review, I make eye contact with a gentleman (who was also waiting a while for his car) and he says to me "well this sure isn't called speedy wash is it?!?!" NO! NO SIR! NO IT CERTAINLY IS NOT! But on a POSITIVE note, they do a pretty good job here, so if you have an hour+ to spend at the car wash, give it a go! read more

It's been years since my last detail and I decided now that my kids are no longer in car seats to get my 2013 SUV cleaned up!! Arturo was there to walk me through different options and clear pricing. I appreciated his professionalism and decided to go with a full exterior wash and interior detail. When they were all done, I was so happy with how clean my once sticky leather seats, shampoos carpets, etc turned out. I did note that there was a spot in my cup holders that still had residual gunk (old apple juice and gummies likely) and brushed it off as probably being too difficult to remove. However, Arturo made sure to ask the person working on my car to try again and between the two of them, got it all cleaned up. For what I paid, I would say this would be at least an annual investment. Very pleased! read more

The guys that actually wash the cars are great. But the people that run this place are shady. They offer a customer loyalty program where after you purchase 9 car washes you get the 10th one free. So I arrive for my 10th wash. The guy (latin dude with mustache) by vacuums gives me the receipt to pay - the receipt shows I still need to pay for my 10th wash and that I have "9 washes credits" whatever that means. When I go to the cashier (a porky looking Karen with glasses) starts to charge me the price for a hand car wash off the track ($55). I told her this is my 10th wash and it should be free. She tries to give me a lame excuse I see right through it I tell her look up my license plate and I'll prove to you this is my 10th wash. Finally she gave me the free wash but I had to make her do her job correctly. What happened to good customer service and doing your job correctly without being called out on it? I hate to leave a 2 but sadly the service/quality has gone downhill and I can't really say why. The guy that cleaned my car really did try his best but I still had to go over a lot of my car after the fact on the inside and windows. I've been coming here for 10 or so years maybe more and have been driving from Orange to do it because I thought it was worth it; they would not only make my car look great inside and out but windows would be pristine which is a hard find. Wow!!! This was my first time here. This was my cars very first car wash under my ownership. I was hoping to have a pleasant experience...but it unfortunately didn't happen. First I did not know where to enter to begin the car wash and there was no one to signal me around even when I asked. The Car Wash worker was polite but when I got up to the Cashier...she was so rude to me and for no reason at all. I handed her my car wash slip (which she snatched and crumbled immediately after scanning) When she saw me about to use my phone...she said very rudely, We don't have Apple Pay!" How did she know I wasn't taking a call or just checking my account. She next told me the amount and I told her that I needed to transfer money so she unscrambled my ticket she had taken, rolled her eyes and looked at me with disgust and started help the man behind me as if I was not wanted there. The man behind me was told by her loudly, "she needs to transfer money...!" They both laughed. At this point I wanted to say a few words to her but thought to just write a review. When I transferred my money onto my card she was still so rude and nasty towards me I just wanted to take my things a go. She again spoke rude and loud and asked, "Did you leave your keys in the car?" Which by then I just started to walk away from her. It's really sad that people can be so rude in business and for no reason. I live in this community. I will absolutely NEVER come here again. I'm grateful that everyone doesn't behave this way. I usually come here on Monday's when it's slow, so service is usually pretty fast. My standard car washes here have been pretty solid as well. It's located in a strip mall, so you can do some other errands while you're here (e.g. eat, go to the gym, get your nails done). Their Yelp check in award doesn't work anymore. See my 3 Star review in that this place isn't terrible or perfect. It's average. Nothing stood out except for the incredible hard work from the labor staff. My car had a very clean interior and nothing missed on the exterior. But it took an hour and a half to get a car wash so don't expect to be in and out right away. Maybe they were short staffed but I saw a car, after it was washed, sit at the end of the wash tunnel for 10 minutes until a worker was able to drive it away to dry. In terms of value, it's average/above average but it's as expected in AH. Cool fish tank though. read more
