Thankfully, I had Shine wrap the entire vehicle with PPF after I bought it, so the rock didn't damage the paint or body. I called Shine and they got me in a couple days later. Fixed it all up with fresh PPF on the lower front panel and the car came back freshly washed and looking amazing. I will be back and would recommend Shine to anyone without hesitation. They deliver the BEST customer service, attention to detail on all of their work.

It was only after I noticed and brought up the damage that I was told it had "already been there." This contradicts the claim that any concerns were discussed beforehand. To clarify, the area is discoloration mentioned in Jesus's comment was from a side panel of the back seat which I acknowledged after the service that it was already there. The area of concern is separate from the damage shown in the photos and not what I am referring to in my complaint. What is most concerning is the lack of accountability. After Jesus left, I reached out to express my frustration. We exchanged a few messages, and then communication stopped entirely. I received no follow-up, no resolution, and no effort to address the issue. Being ignored after raising a legitimate concern only added to the disappointment. I drive my vehicle daily and am very familiar with its condition. Even my husband, who frequently drives my car, confirmed that the discoloration and roughness on the gear shifter were not present prior to the detailing. His vehicle is nearly 10 years older than mine, yet his gear shifter shows far less wear. It is unreasonable to suggest that this level of damage was already there. Mistakes can happen, but professionalism is demonstrated through honesty, accountability, and willingness to make things right. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on how this situation was handled, I would caution others and recommend asking detailed questions and documenting your vehicle's condition before service. I hope this company takes feedback seriously and improves transparency, communication, and accountability moving forward.

Even though I have since moved away, I still miss this car wash and have continued coming back. It really is far superior to other car washes I've visited. The value is excellent, the staff is usually friendly, they are always cleaning, and the equipment does one of the best jobs around. I had a moment where I felt disappointed, which led me to leave a more critical review at first. But after giving it some time and continuing to come back, I want to be fair and honest. Overall, this place has continued to stand out for the quality of service, cleanliness, and consistency. No business is perfect, and sometimes busy days can create off moments, but that does not take away from the fact that this is still one of the best car washes around. I have visited plenty of others, and this place is by far superior. Because of that, I am changing my opinion back and giving credit where it is due. This is still a great car wash, and I will continue coming back.

Well, as she pulled up he zero'd out the time from the previous car...what an AHole. He made her wait on the other side as he closed it to clean it. A free wash was in order for her. But no. If at least one person doesn't come here because of the ownership, then that's great. Don't treat people like crap! Please don't come here.

The wait usually isn't that long, but the plaza is kind of small. The price is okay, but I really hate how the timer just keeps going. You can refund the money, but you'd have to pay for another 10 minutes to restart. I guess technically you always have to be paying though. The sink doesn't really work though, and there are no soaps and no towels. If you do need to use the restroom, there's a CVS within walking distance.

Brian is simply the best at what he does NOT A MOBILE WASH GUY , when it comes to detail Brian is hands down the King of his field... He texted his arrival and came 5 mins early as He has in the past gave me a deal for living in Yorba Linda compared to normal rates I save close to 50% just for living in Yorba Linda... If I could give more stars I would, as I only paid 125 .00 for a complete interior\exterior detail, what he does well! I have paid upwards to $300-$400 range for maybe 75% of the level of detail that Brian did for 125.00 so I give him $200 everytime and he pulls out all the stops everytime im very pleased... sadly I never wrote a review in fear he would get to busy now I fear he doesnt charge enough WE ALL MIGHT LOOSE HIM... Hi there friends this is a hidden gem of a business really of an individual Brian is a true blue human being and will be worth his weight in gold and what ever the quote was the price charged at the start is fulfilled in just a few minutes in speaking with him and thats before the detail even starts just know he will give his all to you just cuz thats who he is he is the present he feels he's given by having so many great customers I am one well I live in his neighborhood and as was moving in I saw him cleaning my nextdoor neighbors car and I just asked a few questions and he said he done for the day he washed and waxed my truck for free and I watched him drive to the end of the street and then learned he is my neighbor so as a good neighbor that he was I am promoting his skills. Best Anything Detailer hands downs Brian came to my house to fix a few issues with the interior of my rv a not only did he repaired to better then new he fix some issues I was having with the engine this Man knows his craft... He showed up on time. I was told he would be here at 9 and he was in the driveway at 8:59am. 2. He was incredibly thorough. He spent so much time and care on each step of the detailing process. This car is our family car. And anyone with a toddler knows our cars get destroyed. When we saw the end result it literally looked like it did when we bought it at the dealership brand new. 3. His pricing. I received several quotes from businesses on Yelp and his was one of the best. Now usually when the price is lower you expect lower quality work right? WRONG. I got way more than I paid for. The amount of pride he takes in his work is second to none. I'm not blowing smoke when I say this is the best wash and detail we've ever had, and we've had a lot of mobile details over the years. I didn't know hard tap water can cause mineral deposits on cars that will actually eat into the clear coat over time and eventually be impossible to get out. Not many people realize how simple sprinklers can destroy their car's paintjob, thanks to our extremely hard, mineral infested tap water here in OC. I called GC Auto Detailing late Friday afternoon and explained the situation to George. He was already finished for the day, but had me come by his house to examine my car. Him and his assistant had never seen such a water spot disaster. His assistant asked me stunned "did you spray this with a garden hose or something?" And I was like "yeah, you're not supposed to do that?" George explained the urgency of the situation and was unexpectedly accommodating to my schedule, letting me come to his house again at 7am the next day (Saturday) to give my car a thorough wash and try to get the water spots out. Luckily they were able to get the water spots out of everywhere except one side trim piece, avoiding a disaster. George even polished all the surface scratches we could find out of my car, and gave me some good car washing tips. Him and his assistant taught me how to properly dry my car by spreading and dragging a microfiber towel in a straight line with no pressure on the paint, how to hand wash the roof of an SUV by standing on the rear tire, what types of water to use to minimize the risk of water spots, and washing/drying techniques to avoid water spots (avoid washing in the sun, washing/drying in sections, etc). My car came out looking stunning with 98-99% of the water spots gone, so my paint job was saved. I'd highly recommend George as he's an expert and really knows what he's doing.
