Looks like I got him on the wrong day, he was double booked and it showed. I originally booked a car wash and an interior detail on a separate car. He came early to deodorize, left again, came back to wash one, left again, came back to finish the interior detail. Overall he started at 8:30 am and 'finished' around 5:30. The interior detail was horrible. There was still sitting water in one of the side doors, the seats were wet, didn't clean the glove box, it doesn't look like the inside was even wiped or cleaned very well, and he was so rough he popped in my AC nozzles. Our timing was flexible so it wasn't a problem. I was prepping my car to trade in or sell. It definitely has scratches, scuffs, a little paint transfer on the hood and a minor dent on the front bumper. He was honest about what he could do. He did get rid of the paint transfer and some of the surface scratches on the door. I knew the deeper scratches would need more work. After two hours, I was skeptical at first but when he was done, the finish was fantastic. Took longer than estimated but it was a very hot day and he was thorough.
