At no time when we spoke to the owner did he mention any costs to diagnose the vehicle or a charge to have his mechanic look at the vehicle. I noticed that on Google Reviews the owner mentions that the cost to diagnose a vehicle is $79.95. Ok, we would have agreed to that if he told us that. However after two and a half weeks with no work being done (his mechanic had a family emergency) on the vehicle we needed to take it somewhere else to get it fixed as we couldn't wait any longer. However, when we went to get the keys to the vehicle and have it TOWED AGAIN, the owner tells us we owed him $250!!!!! NO WORK WAS DONE ON THE VEHICLE!!! He claims his mechanic spent two hours on the car, but yet the only things listed on the invoice are error codes that you get when you hook the car up to a diagnosis computer. THAT TAKES 2 HOURS???? After arguing with him he went down on the price to $150. AGAIN, NO WORK WAS DONE ON THIS VEHICLE. So how does this owner charge one person $79.95 for a diagnosis and then charge us $150 (originally $250)???? This owner is a scammer. Beware!

I broke down on a Sunday afternoon...my brain wasn't functioning at a level to call their store…read moreuntil Monday afternoon. They got me in, were exceptionally nice and walked me step by step as to what they needed to do. After dealing with a major dealer in hopes they could get me back on the road, these guys took up the slack where others dropped. I cannot thank them enough for getting me in, overnighting a part and able to get me back on the road within a couple of days. It wasn't on my agenda to spend three nights in two different hotels and to have the expense of the hotel but on my truck as well, but the folks at Aamco were top notch. I am now getting ready to head home and decompress after an eventful four days, and I owe my remaining sanity to Mark and Chris at Aamco. Thanks, guys--much appreciative of your work and patience.
